مروری بر پیامدهای آموزش تلفیقی: آموزشی برتر از چهره به چهره، از راه دور و الکترونیکی

Persian Abstract

سابقه و هدف: نفوذ فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در حوزه آموزش زمینه ظهور روش¬های جدید آموزشی را فراهم آورده است، که یکی از آنها یادگیری الکترونیکی می¬باشد. یادگیری الکترونیکی با توجه به برخی موفقیت¬ها، مانند عدم محدودیت در زمان و مکان، در رسیدن به اهداف مطلوب و با کیفیت کارایی لازم را نداشت و همین مساله باعث شد یادگیری الکترونیکی کاملا جای آموزش رسمی و حضوری را نگیرد. لذا نواقص و کاستی¬های یادگیری الکترونیکی زمینه ظهور یادگیری تلفیقی را فراهم ساخت. نظام یادگیری تلفیقی بخشی از یک همگرایی رو به توسعه از تعریف اولیه درباره محیط¬های یادگیری است. آموزشی به منظور افزایش کیفیت است. مواد و روش‌ها: مقاله از نوع توصیفی بوده و جهت گردآوری داده¬ها از روش کتابخانه¬ای استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: بررسی مقالات مرتبط نشان داد که آموزش تلفیقی باعث پیشرفت تحصیلی، رضایت مندی، ایجاد انگیزه، مشارکت، گفتگو، مهارت های اجتماعی، تفکر انتقادی ... در دانشجویان می¬شود. نتیجه گیری: انتظار می¬رود که این نوع آموزش که طبق نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی لازم را دارد در سیستم¬های آموزشی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. کلید واژه: آموزش، نظام آموزشی، آموزش سنتی، آموزش الکترونیکی، آموزش تلفیقی

English Abstract

background and purpose: diffusion of information technology and communication in the field of education has provided the emergence of new training methods, one of which is e - learning. e - learning with regard to some success, such as the lack of constraints on time and place, did not have the necessary performance in achieving the desired goals and the quality of the required performance. therefore, the shortcomings and shortcomings of electronic learning created the emergence of integrated learning. abstract the integrated learning system is part of a growing convergence of the initial definition of learning environments. Education is meant to increase quality. material and methods: paper is descriptive type and has been used to collect data from library method. findings: review of literature related literature showed that integrated education promotes education, satisfaction, motivation, motivation, dialogue, social skills, critical thinking … in students. Conclusions: This type of training is expected to be considered in the educational system according to the results of the study.
