بررسی وضعیت استتیک بافت نرم در دندان های قدام ماگزیلا در روش جایگذاری همزمان ایمپلنت و روکش متعاقب خارج کردن دندان

مقدمه: روش جایگذاری همزمان ایمپلنت و روکش بلافاصله بعد از کشیدن نسبت به سایر روش‌های جراحی ایمپلنت روش جدیدتری می‌باشد، در نظر گرفتن این نکته حائز اهمیت است که استفاده از تکنیک یاد شده در داخل کشور روش جدیدتری محسوب می‌شود؛ با توجه به این مطالب این مطالعه هم با هدف بررسی وضعیت استتیک بافت نرم در دندان‌های قدام ماگزیلا در روش جایگذاری همزمان ایمپلنت و روکش متعاقب خارج کردن دندان طراحی و تدوین گردید. مواد و روش کار: در این تحقیق موردی- شاهدی case series) 18) بیمار از یک مرکز خصوصی مطب که نیاز به جایگذاری ایمپلنت تک دندان قدامی شامل یکی از دندان‌های کانین تا کانین فک بالا داشته‌اند انتخاب شدند. دندان های پرمولر فک بالا چنانچه در حین لبخند بیمار در محدوده زیبایی قرار داشتند به عنوان کاندید مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای بررسی وضعیت استتیک از پرسشنامه IBOI Pink & White esthetic score استفاده گردید. در نهایت بعد از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه و واردکردن داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار Spss نسخه 22 تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج: در کل نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که وضعیت استتیک بافت نرم از جمله وضعیت مزیال پاپیلا؛ وضعیت پاپیلای بین‌دندانی در دیستال ؛ وضعیت انحنای خط بافت نرم صورت وضعیت سطح لبه لبیالی مخاط پری ایمپلنت؛ وضعیت تحدب و ناهمواری‌های سطح ریشه در دندان‌های قدام ماگزیلا در روش جایگذاری همزمان ایمپلنت و روکش متعاقب خارج کردن دندان در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارند (P<0.05)؛ همچنین نتایج بررسی نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در استتیک بافت نرم در 6 ماه و 12 ماه وجود دارد (P<0.05). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وضعیت استتیکی مطلوب روش جایگذاری همزمان ایمپلنت و روکش متعاقب در دندان های قدام ماگزیلا و تأیید آن در این مطالعه و مطالعات پیشین؛ استفاده از این روش برای دندانپزشکان پیشنهاد می گردد.

Aesthetic outcome of immediately restored single implants placed in extraction sockets and healed sites of the anterior maxilla

English Abstract

Introduction: Immediately restored single implants ‎placed in extraction sockets and healed sites‎, is a newer method than other implant surgery methods. Considering this point is important that the use of this technique in the interior is a newer approach. According to this content, this study was designed and evaluated the aesthetic outcome of immediately restored single implants ‎placed in extraction sockets and healed ‎sites of the ‎anterior maxilla. Materials and Methods: In this case-series study, 18 patients were selected from two private clinics that needed to place an anterior single tooth implant including one canal to a maxillary canine. The maxillary premolar teeth were considered as candidates when they were in a beautiful area during a smile, to assess the status of aesthetics, the IBOI Pink & White Esthetic Score questionnaire was used; finally after collecting data, SPSS version 22 was analyzed by questionnaire and data entry. Results: In general, the results of this study showed that the Status of mesial papilla, distal papilla, curve of the facial soft tissue, level of the facial peri-implant mucosa, root convexity soft tissue of the ‎anterior maxilla of immediately restored single implants ‎placed in extraction sockets and healed sites of the ‎‎anterior maxilla At the optimal level (P <0.05); Also, the results showed that there was a significant difference in soft tissue aesthetics in 6 months and 12 months (P <0.05). Conclusion: Considering the optimal position of implant placement and subsequent implantation in the anterior maxilla and its confirmation in this study and previous studies, it is recommended for dentists to use this method
