زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش مهم عوامل روانشناختی در اختلالات سوماتیک بهویژه پوستی، در این پژوهش اختلالات شخصیت در بیماران پسوریاتیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش اجرا: از مراجعین درمانگاه تخصصی پوست بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اردبیل، 81 نفر با بیماری پسوریازیس (گروه بیمار) و 80 نفر بدون بیماری پوستی (گروه کنترل) بررسی شدند. افراد دو گروه ازلحاظ سن و جنس همسانسازی شدند. شدت پسوریازیس در گروه مورد براساس شاخص psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) در سطوح خفیف، متوسط و شدید توسط متخصص پوست تعیین شد. اطلاعات مربوط به صفات و اختلالات شخصیتی با پرسشنامهی MCMI-III ارزیابی شد. یافتهها: تفاوت معنیداری در صفات و اختلالات شخصیت افسرده، وابسته، وسواسی و نمایشی بین دو گروه وجود داشت. شدت پسوریازیس با اختلال شخصیت وسواسی و وابسته ارتباط معکوس داشت بهطوری که در موارد خفیف و متوسط، اختلال شخصیت بیشتر بود. نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر همراهی عوامل روانشناختی با بیماری پسوریازیس تأکید داشت لذا ارائهی خدمات رواندرمانی به این بیماران در کنار درمان دارویی ضروری بهنظر میرسد.

Personality disorders in psoriatic patients

Background and Aim: Considering the high role of psychological factors in somatic disorders, especially in dermatologic disorders, the prevalence of personality disorders in psoriatic patients was studied. Methods: Among patients referred to Dermatology Clinic of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ardabil, 81 patients with psoriasis (case group) and 80 without skin disease (control group) were evaluated. The two groups were matched in terms of age and sex. The severity of psoriasis was determined based on the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) index as mild, moderate and severe by the dermatologist. The traits and personality disorders were assessed and compared between two groups using MCMI-III questionnaire. Results: There was a significant difference in depressive, dependent, obsessive and hystrionic personality traits or disorders between two groups. There was a reverse correlation between the severity were more common psoriasis and obsessive and dependent personality disorders, so they among mild and moderate psoriasis patients. Conclusion: This study emphasized the role of psychological factors in course of psoriasis. Better strategies for prevention and treatment of psoriasis will be achieved by a careful examination of the behavioral, cognitive and emotional patterns of cluster C personality. It is also necessary to provide psychotherapy services to these patients along with drug therapy.
