تاثیر آموزش تریاژ بر عملکرد کارکنان بخش اورژانس در زمینه ي تریاژ بیماران در ایران

Persian Abstract

آموزش تریاژ براي پرسنل مسئول تریاژ، با توجه به نوپا بودن سیستم تریاژ در ایران ضروري است. در مطالعه ي حاضر، تاثیر آموزش بر میزان آگاهی و عملکرد پرسنل اورژانس بیمارستان فاطمی اردبیل در ایران انجام شد. میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان در زمینه ي تریاژ قبل و 6 هفته بعد از برگزاري گارگاه آموزشی پیرامون تریاژ بررسی شد. آموزش در طی دو جلسه کارگاه 3 ساعته انجام شد. جمع آوري اطالعات شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان از طریق پرسشنامه بود. خصوصیات دموگرافیک شامل سن، جنس، وضعیت تاهل، سابقه ي کار، مدرك تحصیلی، نوع استخدام، شیفت کاري و متوسط تعداد شیفت در هفته بود. سطح آگاهی، نگرش، و عملکرد کارکنان 6 هفته بعد از کارگاه به ترتیب از 66/6±3/11 به 61/6±62/31 ،از یافتند توجهی قابل افزایش 16/72±1/15 به 1/1±3/9 از و، 111/3±11/25 به 72/6±11/79)P1011111 .)<ارتباط معنی داري بین میزان افزایش آگاهی، نگرش، و عملکرد کارکنان اورژانس در 6 هفته بعد از برگزاري گارگاه با هیچ یک از عوامل شامل جنس، سن، وضعیت تاهل، آخرین مدرك تحصیلی، مدت زمان سپري شده از دریافت آخرین مدرك تحصیلی، وضعیت استخدامی، وضعیت شیفت کاري، سابقه ي کاري افراد، و شرکت در پژوهش مشابه قبلی مشاهده نشد )P1012.)> آموزش، تاثیر قابل توجهی بر ارتقاء سطح آگاهی، نگرش، و عملکرد کارکنان اورژانس در زمینه ي تریاژ دارد. بنابراین در نظر گرفتن کالس هاي آموزشی براي کارکنان این بخش براي دستیابی به مهارت صحیح، و پایدار ضروري می باشد.

The Effect of Training Triage on the Performance of Employees in the Emergency Department on Triage

English Abstract

Tria training is essential for triage personnel, due to the emergence of triage system in Iran. In the present study, the effect of training on knowledge and practice of emergency staff of Fatemi Hospital of Ardebil in Iran was carried out. The level of knowledge, attitude and practice of staff in the field of triage before and 6 weeks after the training was conducted on triage training. Training was conducted during two sessions of a 3-hour workshop. Data collection included demographic data, knowledge assessment, attitude and practice of the staff through the questionnaire. Demographic characteristics included age, gender, marital status, work record, degree, type of employment, shift and average number of shifts per week.The level of knowledge, attitude, and performance of the staff 6 weeks after the workshop was 10.3 ± 2.62 to 30.25 ± 2.61, 95.9 ± 14.97 to 95.3 ± 14.58, 104, and from 4.4 ± 7.3 to 12.94 ± 4.0, there was a significant increase (0.00001P <). There was a significant relationship between the increase in awareness, attitude and performance of emergency staff in the 6 weeks after the workshop with none of the factors including gender, age, marital status, the last degree, the time passed since the last degree, employment status , The status of work shift, the work experience of individuals, and participation in the previous similar research (P> 0.05( Education has a significant impact on the level of knowledge, attitude, and performance of emergency staff in the field of triage. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the training courses for the employees of this department to achieve the correct and lasting skill.
