بررسی میزان آگاهی والدین کودکان 12-8 سال در ارتباط با مدیریت اورژانس ترومای دندان های بیرون افتاده در شهر اردبیل در سال 1398

مقدمه: کنترل و درمان آسیب های دندانی یکی از مباحث اساسی علم دندانپزشکی است. آسیب های تروماتیک دنتوآلوئولار که غالباً در کودکان و نوجوانان اتفاق می افتد، بر دندان ها، ساختمان های حمایت کننده و بافت های نرم مجاور اثر کرده و مشکلات روان شناختی و اقتصادی عمده ای ایجاد می کند. شروع به موقع و مناسب درمان جراحات ناشی از ترومای دندانی خود وابسته به فاکتورهای متعددی بوده که یکی از آنها سطح آگاهی والدین به ویژه مادران، نسبت به این مسئله می باشد. روش و مواد: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بود. نمونه گیری به صورت خوشه ای ـ سهمیه ای طبقه بندی شده انجام گرفت. مدارس به عنوان خوشه تعریف شده و از بین 2 ناحیه آموزش و پرورش شهر اردبیل، چند مدرسه از هر ناحیه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. سپس در مدارس انتخاب شده، از هر سال تحصیلی به صورت سهمیه ای و تصادفی نمونه گیری از والدین کودکان انجام گرفت و پرسشنامه در همان جلسه بین والدین پخش شد و بعد از جمع آوری داده ها، جلسه آموزشی تشکیل گردید. یافته ها: در بین والدین تحت بررسی، ( 55/6%) آگاهی ضعیف، (39/6%) آگاهی متوسط، ( 4/2%) آگاهی خوب، (0/6%) آگاهی عالی داشتند. میانگین نمره ی آگاهی والدین 2/006 + 4/5 ارزیابی گردید. بین آگاهی والدین و سطح تحصیلات ارتباط معناداری مستقیم و خوب وجود داشت (0/001>P )؛ (0/685=r). همچنین بین آگاهی والدین و تعداد فرزندان آن ها ارتباط معنادار معکوس و ضعیفی وجود داشت (0/013= P)؛ (0/146-=r). ولی بین آگاهی والدین و سن و جنس آن ها ارتباطی مشاهده نشد (سن: 0/248=P)؛ (جنس:0/427=P). نتیجه گیری: والدین شرکت کننده در این مطالعه سطح آگاهی پایینی از ترومای دندان های بیرون افتاده از ساکت داشتند.

Evaluation of the knowledge of parents of 8-12 years old children towards emergency management of trauma of avulsed teeth in Ardabil city in 2019

English Abstract

Introduction: Control and treatment of dental trauma is one of the major issues in dental science. Dentoalveolar trauma which occurs frequently in children and adolescents affects teeth, supportive structures and adjacent soft tissues and causes major psychological and economic problem. The timely and proper treatment of dental trauma depends on several factors, one of which is the level of parents, especially mothers, about this issue. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. Sampling was done in a cluster-quota categorized manner. Schools were defined as cluster and from among the 2 education districts of the city of Ardabil, several schools from each district were randomly selected. Then, in selected schools, randomly and from each academic year, parents were selected by random sampling. The questionnaire was distributed in the same session between the parents and after the data collection, a training session was held. Results: Among the studies parents, %55/6 had poor knowledge, %39/6 had moderate knowledge, %4/2 had good knowledge and %0/6 had excellent knowledge. Mean parental knowledge was equal to 4/54+2/006. A good direct and significant difference was observed between parental awareness and education level of the parents (P<0/001),(r=0/685). Also, a slight inverse and significant difference was observed between parental awareness and number of children (P=0/013),(r=0/146). However, no significant difference was found between parental knowledge and variables of age and gender.(age: P=0/248), (gender:P=0/427) Conclusion: According to the result of this study, low level of knowledge toward traumatic avulsed teeth was observed in the participants.
