بررسی میزان رعایت شاخص‌های پروفشنالیسم توسط پزشکان شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اردبیل در سال 1397

سابقه و هدف: حرفه‌ای گری به دلیل ارتباط نزدیک آن با بهبود روابط پزشک و بیمار، رضایت بیمار، رضایت شاغلین در حرفه ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و حتی نتایج مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان‌ محوری در حرفه پزشکی مطرح است. مطالعه ارزشیابی حرفه‌ای گری به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین توانمندی‌ها در حرفه پزشکی اهمیت دارد و ازآنجاکه ارتقاء حرفه‌ای گری یکی از اهداف هر دانشکده پزشکی است، یک عنصر اساسی در این راستا ارزشیابی رفتار حرفه‌ای خواهد بود. مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد حجم نمونه صد نفر بود. پرسشنامه حرفه‌ای گری PSCOM(شامل پاسخگویی، نوع‌دوستی، وظیفه، تعالی، صداقت و یکپارچگی، احترام) بعد از تعیین روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از سه طریق انجام شد 1-از طریق روسای گروه که اعضای گروه خود را توسط ابزار پژوهش موردبررسی قراردادند 2- از طریق معاونین آموزشی بیمارستان‌ها که نظرات خود را طی ابزار پژوهش ارائه دادند 3- دانشجویان پزشکی در مقطع رزیدنتی و انترنی اساتید خود را توسط ابزار پژوهشی ارزیابی نمودند. در این ارزیابی تعداد صد پرسشنامه توسط دانشجویان برای تعداد صد پزشک و تعداد شصت‌ونه پرسشنامه توسط ده نفر از روسای گروه و سه نفر از معاونین آموزشی تکمیل شد اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS ورژن 25 گردید. آزمون‌های T-test و one way anova برای آنالیز ارتباط بین متغیرهای جنسیت، گروه، بیمارستان با رعایت شاخص‌های حرفه‌ای گری مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر تعداد 21 نفر پزشک زن و تعداد 79 پزشک مرد ازنظر میزان رعایت شاخص‌های حرفه‌ای توسط 100 نفر از دانشجویان و تعداد 69 پزشک توسط روسای گروه و معاون آموزشی بیمارستان موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. پزشکان در شاخص طرز پوشش وی برای دیگران احترام‌آمیز است بیشترین نمره یعنی 4/89 از 5 اخذ نمودند. در ارزیابی دانشجویان بیشترین نمره یعنی 4/97 از 5 در شاخص (به‌گونه‌ای رفتار می‌کند که نشانگر تعهد به محرمانگی است) و کمترین نمره یعنی 4/26 را در شاخص (تلاش برای گسترش رفاه و توسعه همکاران) را اخذ نمودند. (جدول 4-2). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که شاخص‌های حرفه‌ای گری در بین پزشکان متخصص شاغل در بیمارستان‌ها هم در ارزیابی مدیران گروه و معاونین آموزشی بیمارستان از طرفی و هم در ارزیابی توسط دانشجویان، رعایت می‌شود

Evaluation of professionalism indicators by physicians working in educational hospitals in Ardabil in 2018

English Abstract

Background and Objective: Professionalism is one of the central pillars of the medical profession because of its close relationship with the improvement of physician-patient relationships, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction in the healthcare delivery profession, and even health care outcomes. Studying professional evaluation is important as one of the most important competencies in the medical profession and since promoting professionalism is one of the goals of any medical school, it will be an essential element in evaluating professional behavior. Methods: The sample size was 100 persons. PSCOM professional questionnaire (including:Accounatability, Altrurism, Duty, Enrichment, Honor & Integrity,Respect) was used as data gathering tool after determining its face and content validity. Data were collected in three ways: 1(through department heads, who reviewed their group members through a research instrument; 2) through hospital educational deputies, who presented their views during the research instrument; 3) medical students in the position of residency and intern were evaluate their professors by research tools. In this evaluation, 100 questionnaires were completed by students for 100 physicians and sixty-nine questionnaires were completed by ten heads of departments and three educational assistants. SPSS 25 software was used for data analysis. T-test and one-way anova were used to analyze the relationship between gender, group, and hospital variables with professionalism indices. Results: In this study, 21 female physicians and 79 male physicians were studied for compliance with professional standards by 100 students and 69 physicians by hospital department heads and teaching assistant. The index of “Doctors coverage is respectful of others” scored 4.89 out of 5”. Students scored the highest score (4.97 out of 5) on the index of “It behaves in a way that indicates a commitment to privacy” and the lowest score (4.26) on the index of “striving for welfare and partner development” (Table 4-2). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the use of professionalism indices among specialist physicians working in hospitals was good and regarded in evaluating both hospital managers and educational deputies and students' evaluation.
