بررسی عوامل موثر بر استفاده از کلاه ایمنی در بین موتورسواران شهر اردبیل در سال 1398

چکیده ایران ازجمله کشورهایی است که آمار بالای مرگ ومیر ناشی از تصادفات جاده ای را دارد ، سابقه و هدف: طبق آمار سازمان جهانی بهداشت درصد تلفات سوانح رانندگی در ایران مربوط به موتورسواران است .استفاده 51 نفر فوتی )و در این بین 75 هزار وسیله نقلیه 100 (به ازای هر از کلاه ایمنی می تواند صدمات و مرگ ومیر ناشی از حوادث موتوری را کاهش دهد .این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر استفاده از کلاه ایمنی در بین موتورسواران شهر اردبیل انجام شد.. . نفر از موتورسواران شهر اردبیل انجام گرفت .نمونه گیری به روش خوشه ای تصادفی انجام شد 350 روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی روی ابزار مورد بررسی پرسشنامه مدل مراحل تغییر پروچسکا بود .داده ها با آمارهای توصیفی و تحلیلی( آزمون کای مربع و رگرسیون لجستیک و . مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت SPSS نرم افزار 20 اوردینال )با استفاده از نسخه 249 در مرحله عمل و حفظ قرار داشتند ).تعداد ، % )از کلاه ایمنی استفاده می کردند( طبق مراحل تغییر 12/6( نفر 44 یافته ها: تعداد )و وضعیت تأهل با مراحل p =0/008( % )در مرحله غیرفعال( پیش تفکر و تفکر )قرار داشتند .بین افزایش سن با مراحل تغییر 71/2( نفر 0/001( )و فرایندهای رفتاری تغییر با β =0/097( )و p =0/001( )ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت .تعادل تصمیم گیری با p =0/04( تغییر )p =0/019( )قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده های استفاده از کلاه ایمنی بودند .همچنین موقعیت های منفی عاطفی با β =0/041( )و p = . )به عنوان قوی ترین زیرسازه اغوا و کاهش خودکارآمدی برای استفاده از کلاه ایمنی در بین جمعیت مورد مطالعه بود β =- 0/096(و میزان استفاده از کلاه ایمنی پایین می باشد ولی با توجه به اینکه درصد قابل ملاحظه ایی از جمعیت ، نتیجه گیری :با توجه به نتیجه تحقیق مورد مطالعه در مرحله آمادگی برای تغییر قرار دارند می توان با اجبار استفاده از کلاه ایمنی از یکطرف و از طرف دیگر با بهبود فرایندهای رفتاری تغییر ازجمله رهاسازی اجتماعی و شایسته سازی متقابل و کنترل محرک این افراد را به مرحله عمل و حفظ( استفاده از کلاه ایمنی ) رهنمون کر

Factors affecting the use of helmets among motorcyclists in Ardabil city 2019

English Abstract

Background and Aim: According to WHO reports, Iran has been recognized as one of the countries with the highest cases of traffic accidents and mortalities (75 deaths per 100,000 vehicles). Since 51% of accidents in Iran related to Motorcyclists using helmets can reduce the rate of death and head injury in motorcycle accidents. Hence, this study was to determine the factors affecting the use of helmets among motorcyclists in Ardabil, Iran. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study data were collected by a questioner from 350 motorcycle riders chosen through random cluster sampling in the Ardabil . Descriptive and analytical analysis (the Chi-Square and Regression logistic tests) were done in SPSS20. Results: 44 people (12.6%) used helmets (were in action and maintenance stage) 249 people (71.2%) were in passive (pre-contemplation and contemplation) stage. There was a significant relation between age and SOC (p= 0.008), marital status and SOC (p= 0.04). Ordinal regression revealed that pros (β= 0.097), (p=0.001) and behavioral process of change (β= 0.041), (p=0.001) were the strongest predictors of helmet use. As well negative Affect situation (β= 0.096), (p=0.019) was the strongest predictor in increasing temptation and decreasing self-efficacy to wearing a helmet. Conclusion: According to the result of this study, the percentage of the population using the motorcycle helmet was low. Considering a significant percentage of the study population were in the Preparation stage to wear a helmet,It is necessary to focus on both police enforcement and Increasing behavioral process of change score such as stimulus control, counter conditioning and social libration for the improvement of their behaviors for accepting social norms also giving further safety education.
