بررسی میزان دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی عملی گروه اطفال دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل از دیدگاه دانشجویان در سال 99-1398

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: مهمترین هدف برنامه آموزش دندانپزشکی به ویژه دندانپزشکی کودکان، تربیت دانش‌آموختگانی با عملکرد بالا است و این رشته علاوه بر اهداف دانشی خود، هدف‌های عملکردی شاخصی را دارد که باید در دانش‌آموخته آن در بالاترین کیفیت خود تجلی کند؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی عملی گروه کودکان دانشکده دندانپزشکی اردبیل انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش کار: در اين مطالعه توصيفي-مقطعی به صورت سرشماری تمامی دانشجویان كه تمامي واحدهاي دندانپزشکی کودکان را در دانشكده دندانپزشکی اردبیل گذرانده بودند وارد مطالعه شدند (n=59)، برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد حری و همکاران (2014) استفاده گردید، جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 و آزمون‌های کای دو، من ویتنی یو و کروسکال والیس در سطح معناداری 0/05 تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میزان توافق در دستیابی به اهداف یادگیری در دروس کودکان در کل نسبتاً مطلوب ارزیابی گردید؛ به‌طوری‌که طبق نظر دانشجویان میزان توافق در دستیابی به اهداف یادگیری در دروس کودکان 1 و 3 نسبتاً مطلوب و در درس کودکان 2 مطلوب گزارش شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در میزان دستیابی به اهداف یادگیری در درس کودکان بر اساس جنسیت، علاقه‌مندی به رشته، معدل وجود ندارد (P>0.05)؛ اما تفاوت معناداری در میزان دستیابی به اهداف یادگیری در درس کودکان بر اساس سهمیه ورودی مشاهده گردید(P<0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، دانشجویان سطح قابل قبولی از کسب مهارت‌های عملی را به صورت خودارزیابی بیان کردند، اما برنامه آموزشی نتوانسته بود به ایده آل‌های آموزشی خود برسد. تغییراتی در آموزش به منظور ارتقاء سطح توانمندی‌هایی که امتیاز پایینی را کسب کرده بودند، مورد نیاز می‌باشد.

Assessment of the Pediatric Department's Achievement of Practical Educational objectives from the Viewpoints of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences Dentistry Students in 2019-2020.

English Abstract

Introduction: The most important goal of the dental education program, especially pediatric dentistry, is to train high-performance graduates, and in addition to its knowledge goals, this field has significant performance goals that should be reflected in the highest quality in its learning knowledge; Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the achievement of practical educational goals of the Pediatrics Department of Ardabil Dental School. Materials and methods : In this descriptive cross-sectional study, a census of all students who had passed all pediatric dentistry units in Ardabil Dental School were included in the study (n = 59). For data collection, the standard questionnaire of Hori et al. (2014) was used to analyze the data. The SPSS software version 22 and Chi-square, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were analyzed at a significant level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the degree of agreement in achieving the learning objectives in Pediatrics lessons as a whole was relatively favorable; According to the students, the level of agreement in achieving the learning objectives was relatively favorable in Pediatrics lessons 1 and 3 and desirable in Pediatrics lessons 2. The results also showed that there is no significant difference in the achievement of learning objectives in Pediatrics lessons based on gender, interest in the field, grade point average (P> 0.05); But there was a significant difference in the achievement of learning goals in Pediatrics lessons based on the entrance quota (P <0.05) Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, students expressed an acceptable level of practical skills in the form of self-assessment, but the curriculum could not achieve its educational ideals. Changes in training are needed to upgrade low-scoring competencies
