وضعیت فرهنگ ایمني بیمار در پرستاران بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره)اردبیل حین شیوع بیماری کووید-19،سال 1399

Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یکی از اصول اساسی مراقبت سلامت می باشد و بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار حرکتی در جهت فراهم کردن شرایط ایمن برای مراقبت از بیماران است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-91 ،در بیمارستان امام خمینی)ره( اردبیل بود. روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود که برروی 952 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی)ره( اردبیل حین شیوع بیماری کووید-91 انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه استاندارد فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار )HSOPSC )مشتمل بر 40 سوال و 90 بعد بود. روش نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 00 انجام گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین کلی درصد پاسخ های مثبت به 90 بعد فرهنگ ایمنی 99/66 درصد بود که بالاترین امتیاز کسب شده، مربوط به حیطه "کار تیمی درون واحد" )00 درصد( و پایین ترین امتیاز کسب شده مربوط به حیطه های "برخورد غیرتنبیهی در قبال رویداد حادثه" )02 درصد( و "کار تیمی ما بین واحد" )02 درصد( بود. بر اساس آزمون تی مستقل رابطه معنی داری بین تاهل و شیفت کاری با فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار وجود داشت. همچنین بر اساس آزمون انالیز واریانس یک طرفه رابطه معنی داری بین سن، وضعیت استخدامی و سابقه کاری با فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار وجود داشت. نتیجهگیری: وضعیت فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بین پرستاران مورد مطالعه متوسط بود. بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار برای ارتقا شاخصهای مراقبت از بیماران ضروری است. هم چنین می بایست به ابعاد دارای میانگین پایین در این مطالعه به جهت ارتقا و تقویت این ابعاد توجه ویژه داشت.

The Status of Patient Safety Culture in Nurses of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ardabil, Iran during the Outbreak of COVID-19, in 2020

English Abstract

Background and Aim: Patient safety is one of the basic principles of health care and the investigation of patient safety culture is a step towards providing safe conditions for patient care. The aim of this study was to evaluate the patient safety culture in nurses working in the care wards of patients with COVID-19 in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ardabil, Iran. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical study was performed on 150 nurses working in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ardabil, Iran during the outbreak of COVID-19 disease. The tool used was the Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire (HSOPSC) consisting of 42 questions and 12 dimensions. The sampling method was the census. Data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 22. Results: The overall average percentage of positive responses to 12 dimensions of safety culture was 66.33%, the highest score was related to the field of "teamwork within the unit" (82%) and the lowest score was related to the areas of "Non-Punitive Response to Error" (20%) and "teamwork Across units" (20%). According to the independent t-test, there was a significant relationship between marriage and work shift and patient safety culture. Also, based on one-way analysis of variance, there was a significant relationship between age, employment status and work experience with patient safety culture. Conclusion: The status of patient safety culture was moderate among the nurses. Improving the patient's safety culture is essential to improving patient care indicators. Also, special attention should be paid to the dimensions with the low average in this study in order to improve and strengthen these dimensions.
