تعیین ملاکهای ارزیابی مدیران کل تربیت بدنی استانهای کشور

Persian Abstract

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين ملاك هاي ارزيابي مديران كل تربيت بدني استانهاي كشوربعمل آمد. براي اين منظور در سال 1383 دو گروه مديران و معاونين پشتيباني ادارات كل تربيت بدني استانهاي كشور و نيز اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشكده ها و گروههاي تربيت بدني دانشگاههاي دولتي كشور كه در زمينه مديريت و برنامه ريزي در تربيت بدني آشنايي و مهارت دارند، به عنوان جامعه آماري در نظر گرفته شده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از مدل تصميم گيري كرجسي و مورگان و نيز كوهن براي گروه مديران 48 نفر و در مورد اعضاء هيئت علمي 32 نفر بدست آمد و واحدهاي نمونه با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند.سپس پرسشنامه ا ي شامل 82 سئوال تهيه گرديد كه پس از انجام آزمايشي در محدوده 15 روز اعتبار يابي شد.پس از اجراي پرسشنامه جمعاً سه پرسشنامه به سبب مخدوش بودن و عدم همكاري و يا ارائه موارد بدون جواب كنار گذاشته شد و بدين ترتيب تعداد پرسشنامه هاي قابل تجزيه و تحليل به 77 مورد تقليل يافت. داده هاي جمع آوري شده در مرحله اول با روشهاي آمار توصيفي بررسي و در مرحله بعد براي تعيين تفاوت بين نظر مديران و اعضاء هيئت علمي از آزمون T Test مستقل استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه بكارگيري معيارهاي مربوط به ويژگيهاي فردي و اسلامي، شاخص هاي مربوط به مهارت ها وتوجه به اهداف تحقق يافته با در نظر گرفتن مقياسهاي مديريت بر مبناي هدف و درجه بندي ترسيمي در ارزيابي مديران مناسب مي باشد.

Determining Appropriate Criteria for the Evaluation of General Managers of Physical Education in differents Provinces of Iran

English Abstract

The present study was done with the aim of the determining appropriate criteria for the evaluation of general managers of physical education in differents provinces of Iran. To this purpose, two groups, one consisted of the general managers of physical education in different provinces, vice-directors, and the other consisted of the members of the state-run universities' physical education faculties' scientific boards who were familian with the fields of sport management were selected as the population of the study and the sample volumes were obtained by the use of Krejcie and Morgan and Cohen's decision - making model for the group of managers consisting of 48 people and for the group of scientific boards' members consisting of 32 people and the sample units were selected through Simple Random Sampling. A questionnaire of 82 questions was developed and validated within 15 days limit. Of questionnaires just 3 were excluded. Seventy seven questionnaires were left to be analyzed. Descriptive statistics was performed on the data obtained. In order to demonstrate the differences between the views of managers and the members of the scientific boards, Independent T-Test was performed on the data. The results demonstrated that: The criterion of Personal and Islamic characteristics, Criteria related to skills and the objectives gained are appropriate criteria for the evaluation of general managers. Based on the results of the study a model which can be used for the evaluation of the provinces' physical education general managers was introduced .
