تبیین چالش‌های آموزش بالینی پزشکی عمومی ناشی از اجرای طرح تحول سلامت در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل: مطالعه کیفی

Persian Abstract

زمینه: آموزش علوم پزشکی بخشی از نظام سلامت کشور است که توجه به جنبه های کمی و کیفی آن از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تبیین چالش‌های آموزش بالینی پزشکی عمومی ناشی از اجرای طرح تحول سلامت در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شده است. مواد و روش‏ها: مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از رويکرد کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق اساتيد و مدیران بیمارستانهای آموزشی می باشند که با استفاده از نمونه گيري هدفمند تعداد 21 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. برای گرداوری اطلاعات از شیوه مصاحبه استفاده شد و برای تحلیل داده ها از شیوه کدگذاری و طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‏ ها: چالش های جاری آموزش در 5 زیر حوزه کلان (1-محتوای آموزشی (کوریکولوم)؛ 2- روش تدریس؛ 3-تجهیزات و فضای آموزشی؛ 4- ارزشیابی عملکرد اساتید و 5- ارزشیابی دانشجویان) و چالش های ناشی از طرح تحول سلامت بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی در دو زیرحوزه کلان (تقویت کننده، تضعیف کننده) طبقه بندی گردید. نتیجه‏گیری: با اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستانهای آموزشی، آموزش بالینی تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته است و با چالشهای متعددی مواجه می باشد که نیازمند بازنگری اساسی می باشد.

Explaining the challenges of the clinical Education from the Health Transformation Plan on Quality at Ardabil University of Medical Sciences: A Qualitative Study

English Abstract

Background: Medical education is a part of the country's health system that pays special attention to its quantitative and qualitative aspects. Aim: The aim of this study was to explain the challenges of general medicine education resulting from the implementation of the Health Transformation Plan at Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on content analysis. The statistical population of the study is the professors and managers of teaching hospitals who were selected using purposive sampling based on the principle of saturation of 21 people. Interview method was used for data collection and data coding and classification method was used for data analysis. Results: Current challenges of education in 5 major sub areas (1- educational content (curriculum); 2- teaching method; 3- educational equipment and space; 4- teacher performance evaluation and 5- student evaluation). And the challenges arising from the Health Transformation Plan on the quality of clinical education were classified into two major sub-areas (strengthening, weakening). Conclusion: With the implementation of the health system transformation plan in clinical hospitals, clinical education has been affected and is facing several challenges that need to be fundamentally reconsidered.
