بررسی رابطه وضعیت مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای و رضایت شغلی کارکنان مراکز غیر دولتی توانبخشی تحت نظر سازمان بهزیستی استان کهکیلویه و بویراحمد

مقدمه: توجه هر چه بيشتر به عوامل انساني بدون شك جزو مهم‌ترین اصول و معيارهاي سازمانی است. رضایت شغلی یکی از مهم ترین مقوله های مرتبط با منابع انسانی در سازمان می باشد. عدم رضایت شغلی، سبب کاهش بهره وری سازمانی می شود. مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای از مولفه های موثر بر رضایت شغلی کارکنان می باشد. همچنین مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای، برنامه هایی برای حفظ جان انسان های شاغل و سلامتی و راحتی آنان و نگه داری ثروت های ملی و مردمی می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه وضعیت مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای و رضایت شغلی کارکنان مراکز غیر دولتی توانبخشی تحت نظر سازمان بهزیستی استان کهکیلویه و بویراحمد بوه است. روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی، نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری و با مشارکت 220 کارمند مراکز غیر دولتی توانبخشی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد انجام گرفت. داده هاي مورد نياز شامل ويژگى هاى فردى و شغلى کارکنان، وضعيت مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای مراکز توانبخشی از ديدگاه کارکنان و سنجش رضايت شغلى با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوري شد شاخص های CVR و CVI برای هر دو پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی و مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای محاسبه شده است. شاخص های CVRو CVI برای پرسشنامه مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای به ترتیب 0.68 و 0.79 و برای پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی، 0.69 و 0.83 به دست آمده است. پرسشنامه هاي مورد استفاده پس از اعتبار یابی در اختيار کارکنان قرار داده شد و پس از تكميل جمع آورى گرديد. داده ها به وسيله نرم افزارSPSS20 در سطح معنی داری 0.05> با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل ، آزمون رگرسیون خطی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون آنالیز گردید. یافته ها: . با اطمینان 95% بین مدیریت بهداشت حرفه‌ای در مراکز غیردولتی توان‌بخشی تحت نظر سازمان بهزیستی کهگیلویه و بویر احمد و میزان رضایت شغلی کارکنان آن‌ها رابطه وجوددارد. همچنین به استناد یافته‌های آماری با اطمینان 95% میتوان گفت که مدیریت بهداشت حرفه ای و رضایت شغلی در این مراکز در سطح متوسط، برخوردار است. نتیجه گیری: ميزان رضايت از شغل پرسنل و همچنين وضعيت بهداشت حرفه ای مراکز توانبخشی غیردولتی مورد مطالعه نياز به ارتقاء دارد.

Relationship Between Health and Safety Management Status and Job Satisfaction Among Employees of Rehabilitation Centers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province

Background: Success and profitability of an organization as a social system depend on the effective use of human resources. Job satisfaction is one of the most important issues related to human resources and has long been the focus of attention in organizational studies. Although existing studies have identified several factors affecting job satisfaction, few studies have evaluated the status of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and job satisfaction in Iran. Employees are exposed to various work-related hazards and crises. Hence, attention to various environmental threats and control of occupational safety and health risks should be considered as one of the major and indispensable goals of the organization. In this regard, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between OHS management and job satisfaction among employees of nongovernmental rehabilitation centers under the supervision of the Welfare Organization in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province using crisis management approach. Materials and Methods: This descriptive correlational study was carried out on 220 employees of non-governmental rehabilitation centers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, who were selected using the census sampling method. Data collection tools were the Persian version of the Job Descriptive Index instrument and a researcher-made questionnaire in Persian for the assessment of OHS management, which has acceptable validity based on by the opinion of several academic experts. It also has good reliability based on the value of the Cronbach alpha coefficient. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS v. 20 at a significant level of P<0.05 using the independent t-test, linear regression analysis, and Pearson correlation test. Results: showed a significant relationship between OHS management in non-governmental rehabilitation centers and their employees’ job satisfaction (P<0.05). In general, the OHS management and job satisfaction in these centers were at a moderate level. Conclusion: The job satisfaction level of the employees and the OHS management of the non-governmental rehabilitation centers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad need to be improved. Also, since the OHS management of the workplace is one of the essential indicators of crisis management and safety during emergencies, it is necessary to implement effective management measures to optimize the assessment of OHS performance in the framework of crisis management and risk reduction in organizations.
