الگوی رابطه جنسی دردوران بارداری: مروری سیستماتیک

پیش زمینه و هدف: بارداری دوره‌ای‌حساس در زندگی زنان است که به دلیل تغییرات آناتومیک و فیزیولوژیک ناشی از بارداری فعالیت های جنسی و رفتاری آنان تحت تاثیر قرار میگیرد. اطلاعات ناکافی در رابطه با رابطه جنسی در بارداری منجر به ایجاد تنش و عدم آرامش زوجین در زندگی میشود. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین الگوی رابطه جنسی دردوران بارداری در قالب مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مقاله یک مطالعه سیستماتیک ‌می‌باشد؛ ابتداکلمات کلیدی الگوی رابطه زناشویی، مقاربت جنسی، بارداری ، مقاربت‌جنسی‌در بارداری، رابطه جنسی،‌عملکردجنسی‌و‌کلیدواژه‌های‌انگلیسیMarital relationship pattern, sexual intercourse, sexual intercourse in pregnancy Marriages, درپایگاههای اطلاعاتی‌سیلویکا، pubmed,SID ،Magiran، scopus,sciencedirect, womenhealth,و scholar google مورد جستجو قرارگرفت. از بین 59مقاله در نهایت 21مقاله مرتبط با موضوع بر اساس معیار های ورود وارد مطالعه شدند. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از داده ها بیانگر این است که میل و عملکرد جنسی زنان باردار در دوران بارداري غیر قابل پیش بینی است و الگوی متغیر و بی ثباتی در هر یک از سه ماهه های بارداری وجود دارد. بطوریکه نتایج بیشتر مطالعات بیان کرد که اکثر زوجین در سه ماهه اول و سوم کاهش در روابط جنسی و در سه ماهه دوم افزایش را ذکر کردند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از مطالعات قبلی میزان رابطه جنسی در بارداری نسبت به قبل بارداری کاهش چشمگیری داشته است. میتوان اقدامات موثری را در زمینه کاهش اختلالات رابطه جنسی دربارداری با حداکثر توانایی در3حوزه بهداشتی ،اقدامات آموزشی و اقدامات حمایتی را مدنظر قرار داد.

Background & Aims Pregnancy is a sensitive period in women's lives that is affected by their sexual and behavioral activities due to anatomical and physiological changes caused by pregnancy. Insufficient information about sex during pregnancy leads to stress and unrest in couples in life. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the pattern of sexual intercourse during pregnancy in the form of a systematic review study. Materials & Methods: This article is a systematic study; Keywords: Marital relationship pattern, sexual intercourse, pregnancy, sexual intercourse, pregnancy, sex, sexual function and English keywords: Marital relationship pattern, sexual intercourse, sexual intercourse in pregnancy, Marriages in databases Was searched. Out of 59 articles, 21 articles related to the subject were finally included in the study based on inclusion criteria. Results: The results of the data indicate that the sexual desire and function of pregnant women during pregnancy is unpredictable and there is a pattern of variability and instability in each trimester of pregnancy. The results of most studies showed that most couples in the first and third trimester reported a decrease in sexual intercourse and in the second trimester increased. Conclusion: According to the results of previous studies, the rate of sexual intercourse in pregnancy has decreased significantly compared to before pregnancy. Effective measures can be taken to reduce sexual dysfunction in pregnancy with maximum ability in three areas: health, educational measures and supportive measures.
