بررسی سطح آگاهی کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در خصوص برنامه کنترل عفونتهای حاد تنفسی بر اساس طرح مانا (مراقبتهای ادغام یافته ناخوشی های اطفال)

مقدمه: بیشتر کودکان سالانه حدود چهار تا شش بار دچار عفونتهای حاد تنفسی می شوند. بخش اعظم بیمارانی که توسط کارکنان بهداشت در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی دیده می شوند کودکان مبتلا به عفونتهای تنفسی هستند. سنجش سطح آگاهی کارورزان که به عنوان پزشکان آینده بیماران فوق را تحت درمان قرار خواهند داد و آگاهی از نقاط ضعف آموزشی و مرتفع کردن آن میتواند گامهای موثری را در این جهت بردارد. مواد وروشها: نوع مطالعه کاربردی می باشد که با مراجعه حضوری و تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط جامعة آماری که کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل (سراسری – آزاد) در نیمة اول سال 1388 به تعداد 75 مورد میباشد اقدام به جمع آوری اطلاعات شده است. اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از افزار آماری SPSS16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: تعداد هفتاد و پنج نفر کارورز دانشگاه علوم پزشکی پرسشنامه مربوطه را تکمیل کرده بودند.مجموع افرادی که دوره ها را گذرانده اند 55 نفر بوده است و 20 نفر هیچ دوره ای را نگذرانده اند. بالاترین میانگین نمرات مربوط به افرادی است که هردو دوره کارورزی بهداشت واطفال را سپری کرده اند وکمترین میانگین نمرات مربوط به افرادی است که هیچ دوره ای را سپری نکرده اند .نمرات افرادی که به تنهایی دوره بهداشت را سپری کرده اند بالاتر از افرادی است که دوره اطفال را گذرانده اند . بحث: در مجموع بین گذراندن دوره های کارورزی اطفال وبهداشت و افزایش سطح آگاهی کارورزان در خصوص برنامه کنترل عفونتهای تنفسی ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد(p<0.05). با اهمیت دادن به کیفیت آموزش طرح مانا(مراقبتهای ادغام یافته ناخوشی های اطفال) در دوره های کارورزی اطفال وبهداشت میتوان گامهای موثری را در جهت کاهش مرگ ومیر اطفال و ارتقاء سطح بهداشت جامعه برداشت .

Awareness detection of the Ardabil medical university interns about the acute respiratory tract infection control(according to manastrategy)

English Abstract

Introduction: most childreens have 3 to 4 time acute respiratory tract infection episode every year.many of the visited patient by the health worker was the acute respiratory tract infected childreen.awarness detection of the medical interns witch will work as a main manager of this childereens later and detection of the educational fault and reparing them has very important role in desolving this problem. Material & method: This study was applied reaseach.after preparing a request form by the researcher we completed them by direct visiting of interns.75 medical interns in the first half of the 2009 recruited in this study.then the result processed by the spss16 software. Result: a total number of 75 subjects filled request form.55 of the them have had educational health corse and 20 didn’t have any educational health course.maximum average score related to interns witch passed both health and infant education course and minimum average score to who one witch have not any educational course.in some one who passed only heath course scoring was better than the some one who passed just infant education course. Conclusion: According to our research there is statistical relation between both healthy, infant education course and Awareness of interns about acute respiratory tract infection control (p<0.05). we concluded that by boosting the quality of the both health and infant course we can reduced child mortality rate and increase healthy level of society.
