مزایا و معایب لاگ بوک الکترونیک از دیدگاه کاربران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل

Persian Abstract

زمینه: لاگ ‏بوک‏های الکترونیک بعنوان یکی از اهداف محور طراحی، راه اندازی، و استقرار دانشگاه مجازی علوم پزشکی می‏توانند نقش موثری در ارزشیابی کارایی بالینی دانشجویان داشته باشند. از آن جایی که این شیوه نیز ممکن است از نظر محتوا، رابط کاربری، و مسائل فنی با مشکلاتی مواجه باشد انجام مطالعاتی به منظور تعیین نقاط ضعف و قوت آنها و در مرحله بعد تلاش برای تقويت قوت‏ها و رفع كاستي‏ها ضروری است. هدف: تعیین مزایا و معایب لاگ بوک الکترونیک از دیدگاه کاربران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توصیفی از نظر نتیجه، کاربردی از نظر زمان، مقطعی و از نظر فرایند اجرا، کمی می باشد که بصورت سرشماری بر روی 69 دانشجوی دستیاری و 38 نفر از اساتید هیئت علمی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. نظرات دانشجویان و اساتید در مورد لاگ بوک الکترونیک براساس یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته درﺣﻴﻄﻪ هایی مثل کیفیت محتوا، ضرورت وجود، رابط کاربری، فرایند اجرا و نظارت بر نحوه تکمیل لاگ بوک الکترونیک تعیین شد سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و برای آنالیز داده ها از روش های آمار استنباطی و توصیفی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بیشترین نمره اساتید مربوط به میزان رضایت از رابط کاربری لاگ‏بوک الکترونیک (14/1‏±‏82/6) و کمترین نمره آنها مربوط به میزان پشتیبانی از مشکلات فنی لاگ‏بوک الکترونیک (26/5‏±‏54/6) بود. بیشترین نمره دستیاران مربوط به میزان آشنایی کاربران با نحوه استفاده از لاگ‏بوک الکترونیک (25/5‏±‏73/2) و کمترین نمره آنها مربوط به میزان مناسب بودن لاگ‏بوک الکترونیک برای ارزشیابی (26/7‏±‏41/7) بود. میانگین نمره کل دانشجویان و اساتید به لاگ بوک الکترونیک به ترتیب 14/1‏±‏52/1 و 9/1‏±‏61/5 بود (0/001P=). نتیجه گیری: دیدگاه دانشجویان دستیاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل درباره لاگ بوک الکترونیک در حد متوسط و دیدگاه اساتید در حد متوسط تا خوب بود. با توجه به اینکه هدف اصلی لاگ بوک، ارزشیابی کارایی بالینی دانشجویان به نحو احسن می باشد از این رو بازنگری و اعمال تغییرات و اصلاحات در لاگ بوک کنونی ضروری به نظر می رسد.

The advantages and disadvantages of electronic logbook from the perspective of users of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences

English Abstract

Background: Electronic logbooks, as one of the most important goals of designing, setting up and establishing the virtual university of medical sciences, can play an effective role in evaluating the clinical efficiency of students. Since this method may also interface problems in terms of content, user interface, and technical issues, it is necessary to conduct studies in order to determine their strengths and weaknesses, then try to strengthen the strengths and eliminate the shortcomings. Aim: To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of electronic logbook from the perspective of users of ardabil university of medical sciences Meterials and methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 69 resident students and 38 faculty members of the Faculty of Medicine of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. The opinions of students and professors about the electronic logbook were determined based on a researcher-made questionnaire in areas such as content quality, necessity of existence, user interface, implementation process and monitoring of how to complete the electronic logbook. Then it was analysed using spss software and inferential and descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data. Results: The highest score of the professors was related to the level of satisfaction with the user interface of the electronic logbook (82.6±14.1) and the lowest score was related to the level of support for the technical problems of the electronic logbook (54.6±26.5). The highest score of the students was related to the level of familiarity of the users with how to use the electronic logbook (73.2±25.5) and the lowest score was related to the suitability of the electronic logbook for evaluation (41.7±26.7). The average score of the students and professors for the electronic logbook was 52.1±14.1 and 61.5±9.1, respectively. Conclusion: The perspective of the resident students of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences about the electronic log book was average and the perspective of professors was average to good. Considering that the main goal of the logbook is to meet the educational needs of students in an efficient manner, it is necessary to review and apply changes and corrections in the current logbook.
