ویژگی استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1387

مقدمه و هدف: امروزه عاملی که در تعلیم و تربیت دانشجویان نقش ایفا می کند اساتید می باشند لذا مراکز آموزش عالی برای تعیین شایستگی اساتید خود ملاکهایی را تعیین تا عملکرد آنها را ارزشیابی و اساتید نمونه خود را مشخص تا با استفاده از آن کیفیت آموزش را ارتقاء بخشند حال سئوال این است که استاد خوب کیست و چه خصوصیاتی باید داشته باشد این راستا انجام شده است روش اجرا: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی است در این بررسی تعداد 390 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل با استفاده از نمونه گیری طبقه ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند ابزار گردآوری داداه ها پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر مهمترین ویژگیهای یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان در چهار حیطه دانش پژوهی، روش تدریس، توانایی ارتباط و شخصیت فردی بود کلیه داد ه ها وارد نرم افزار SPSS شده و در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی استفاده گردید. یافته ها: 8/52 درصد نمونه ها زن،50 درصد از دانشکده پزشکی و پیراپزشکی،1/94 درصد مجرد و میانگین سن آنها 53/1±35/20 بوددر حیطه دانش پژوهی«تسلط استاددر درس مورد تدریس» و «ارائه مطالب جدید و روزآمد» به ترتیب با میانگین 82/±67/4،96/±35/4 در حیطه روش تدریس «روش ارزشیابی»و« شیوه بیان» به ترتیب با میانگین 1/1±64/4،87/±5/4،در حیطه توانایی ارتباط «آمادگی برای رفع اشکال دانشجویان» و«ایجاد زمینه مشارکت دانشجویان در بحث های کلاسی» به ترتیب با میانگین 01/1±22/4،01/1±95/3، و در حیطه شخصیت فردی« انعطاف پذیری استاد» و «انتقاد پذیری استاد» به ترتیب با میانگین 01/1±12/4، 01/1±11/4 از ویژگیهای مهم استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می تواند ملاک مناسبی جهت ارزشیابی یک استاد خوب بوده و در جهت ایجاد انگیزه و افزایش کمی و کیفی یادگیری دانشجویان موثر باشد.

The specialties of a good master from the viewpoint of student of Ardabil University of medical science 2008

English Abstract

Introduction & Objective: since teacher play an important roles in education ،Thus، the higher education organization have items to evaluate their performance to promote the quality of education to determine the Characteristics of good teacher ،this study was the same. Methods: This is a descriptive Cross-sectional research this study 390 person of these students were selected through striated sampling method in 2009. The data collection tool was a questionnaire Containing the most important specialties of a good master in four features were categorized research، methodology of teaching، in dividable character، and communication ability Collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistical indexes. Result: 52/8% of students were females ،50% of medicine and Para-medical ،94/1% single marriage and there was mean age 20/35±1/53،in field research have knowledge and domination on subjective to mean 4/67±/82 and up-to-date to mean 4/35±/96. in field teaching method evaluation method and fluency in speech ،in order to mean 4/64±1/1 and 4/5±/87 ،and respecting students and Communication prepare for ask question and share student discuses class in order to mean 4/22±1/01 and 3/95±1/01 and characterizes person ،Flexibility and cretinism in order to mean 4/12±1/1 of Important characters was specialties of a good master from the view point of student. Conclusion: The result derived from this research could be an appropriate measure to evaluate a good Master and efficacy lever، motivation support and increase quality and quantity learning for student.
