بررسي ويژگيهاي دموگرافيک و يافته هاي تشخيصي در بيماران مبتلا به کوليت اولسروز در استان اردبيل

مقدمه : کوليت اولسروز يک بيماري التهابي دستگاه گوارش است. از آنجا که تعيين خصوصيات اپيدميولوژيک و ريسک فاکتورهاي موجود و علائم باليني و درمان ارائه شده، مي تواند در مديريت بيماري راه گشا باشد، بر آن شديم تا ويژگيهاي دموگرافيک و يافته هاي تشخيصي بيماري را در شهرستان اردبيل از سال 77 تا 86 ارزيابي کنيم. روش تحقيق : مطالعه حاضر يک مطالعه case series و بر اساس مستندات موجود است. جامعه آماري کليه بيماران مبتلا به کوليت اولسروز مراجعه کننده به بيمارستانهاي بوعلي و امام خميني و مطب محقق از سال 77 تا 86 است. حجم نمونه معادل 100 بيمار در نظر گرفته شد. اطلاعات آماري با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج : تعداد 105 بيمار مبتلا به کوليت اولسروز مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. 34 بيمار(9/41%) مذکر و 61 بيمار(1/58%) مونث بودند. سابقه خانوادگي از نظر کوليت اولسروز در 103 بيمار (09/98%) منفي و در 2 بيمار (9/1%) مثبت بود. 12 بيمار (4/11%) داراي سابقه مصرف سيگار بودند. از نظر علائم خارج روده اي 2 مورد(9/1%) کلانژيت اسکلروزان و ساير موارد هر کدام يک مورد(1%) گزارش شد. در يافته هاي کولونوسکوپي در بيماران مطا لعه حاضر ، درگيري رکتوسيگموئيد(65/48%) ، درگيري رکتوم(4/31%)، درگيري کولون چپ(2/16%) و پان کوليت(8/3%) مشاهده شد. بين درآمد افراد و سيگار کشيدن با شدت بيماري ارتباط معني داري وجود دارد(05/0P< ). نتيجه گيري : به نظر مي رسد که الگوي درگيري روده اي در استان اردبيل با ساير نقاط ايران و گزارشات غربي متفاوت مي باشد که پژوهشهاي تکميلي در اين زمينه توصيه مي شود.

Survey of demographic characteristics and diagnostic features of Ulcerative colitis patients in Ardabil province

English Abstract

Introduction :Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract. Although, determination of epidemiological characteristics and risk factors and clinical features and treatment, can lead to management of this disease, we therefore investigated demographic characteristics and diagnostic features of this disease in Ardabil province since 1999-2008. Material & Methods : This is a case series and document-based study. Statistical society were all of patients with ulcerative colitis were been referred to Boo-ali and Imam Khomeini hospitals and researcher`s clinic since 1999-2008. Sample size was 100 patients. Statistical evaluation was performed using the statistical software package SPSS15.0 for windows. Result : 105 patients with ulcerative colitis were investigated. 34patients (41.9%) were men and 61patients (58.1%) were women. Familial history in 103patients (98.09%) were negative and in 2 patients (1.9%) were positive.12patients (11.4%) had history of smoking. At extra intestinal findings, 2 patients (1.9%) were noted in sclerosing cholangitis and others, each one, were noted in one (1%) patient. At colonoscopy findings, recto sigmoid involvement (48.65%), rectal involvement (31.4%), left colitis (16.2%) and pan colitis (3.8%) was seen respectively. There was significant varied between patients and smocking (p<0.05). Discussion : Intestinal pattern in Ardabil are different to those of other places of Iran and westerners that were recommended other researches.
