بررسی مسایل ایمنی و بهداشت کارگران شاغل در امر جمع آوری، حمل و دفع مواد زاید جامد شهری اردبیل

Persian Abstract

مقدمه:افرادشاغل درامرجمع آوری،حمل ودفع زباله های شهری همیشه درمعرض خطرات ناشی از عوامل فیزیکی،شیمیایی وبیولوژیکی بوده وپیشگیری ازآسیب های ناشی ازاین عوامل وتامین سلامتی این افرادلازم می باشد.این مطالعه باهدف تعیین مسایل ایمنی وبهداشت کارگران امرجمع آوری،حمل ودفع زباله های شهری اردبیل درسال1388انجام گرفت. روش کار:پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی- مقطعی بوده وبراساس جمع آوری اطلاعات موجوددرشهرداری اردبیل،مشاهده،مصاحبه باافراد موردمطالعه ومسولین،تکمیل چک لیست وتجزیه وتحلیل داده ها انجام گرفت. نتایج:کیفیت نامناسب تجهیزات فردی،عدم استفاده از وسایل حفاظتی مانندماسک،کفش،عینک و...مهمترین مشکلات بهداشتی وایمنی دربین کارگران شاغل درامرجمع آوری وحمل زباله های شهری اردبیل بود.همچنین کمبود سرویس های بهداشتی ، عدم استفاده از دستکش،چکمه و ماسک ازاصلی ترین معضلات بهداشتی کارگران در ایستگاه انتقال و محل دفع زباله های شهری اردبیل بود. نتیجه گیری:بعضی ازشاخص های ایمنی وبهداشت کارگران شاغل درامرجمع آوری،حمل ودفع زباله های شهری اردبیل ازوضعیت نامناسب برخورداربوده ونیاز مند اقدامات اساسی دراین زمینه دارد.

The Survey of Safety and Health Issues of Workers Involved in Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste in Ardabil City

English Abstract

Introduction: Workers involved in collection, transportation and disposal of municipal solid waste is always exposed of risks caused by physical, chemical and biological factors and prevention from risks of these agents and Security health of these people is necessary. The research was completed in order to determine of safety and health issues of workers involved in collection, transportation and disposal of municipal solid waste in Ardabil city in 2009. Method: In this descriptive (cross-sectional) research carried out, data were collected based of the current information in Ardabil municipality, observation, Interviews with workers and officials, relevant questionnaires were complete and data analysis. Results: Improper quality of personal equipment, non-use from protective equipment such as mask, shoe, glasses and etc were the important of health and safety points of workers involved in collection and transportation of Ardabil municipal solid waste. Also lack of sanitary services, not using mitten, Hessian boot and masks were the main health problems of workers in transfer station and disposal site of Ardabil municipal solid waste. Conclusion: Some of the safety and health indicators of workers involved in collection, transportation and disposal of Ardabil municipal solid waste are not appropriate and needs basic proceeding in fields.
