بررسي عوامل موثر بر رشد جسمي كودكان نوپاي شهر اردبيل

Persian Abstract

زمينه و هدف: يکي از مسايل مهمي که بر سلامت جامعه تاثير مي گذارد سلامت رشد کودک مي باشد. بر اين اساس، شناخت عوامل موثر بر رشد جسمي کودکان و نيز شناخت اقدامات لازم براي حفظ وارتقاي سلامت آنها بسيار مهم است. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي عوامل موثر بر رشد جسمي کودکان شهر اردبيل مي باشد. روش کار: در اين پژوهش 250کودک نوپا در چهار مرکز پايگاه بهداشتي از بين پايگاه هاي بهداشتي شهر اردبيل نمونه گيري شد. روش نمونه گيري به صورت تکميل پرسشنامه براساس جنبه هاي مختلف رشد در کودکان نوپا توسط مادران مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشتي درماني جهت پايش رشد کودک ومراجعه به پرونده هاي خانوار صورت گرفت. نتايج با استفاده از روشهاي آمار توصيفي و تحليلي و روش رگرسيون خطي چندگانه در نرم افزار آماري SPSS آناليز شدند. يافته ها: در اين پژوهش 2/48%از کودکان دختر ، 8/51% پسر بودند. بين قد و وزن هنگام تولد، رتبه تولد، مدت شير دهي، تعداد وعده هاي شير دهي، سن پدر،تعداد افراد خانوار، تحصيلات مادر، سن ماد، عوامل اقتصادي – اجتماعي، محل سکونت وBMI مادر با رشد کودک رابطه معني داري وجود داشت. نتيجه گيري : با شناخت عوامل موثر بر رشد جسمي کودکان نوپاي شهر اردبيل مي توان در راستاي بهينه سازي شاخصهاي سلامت رشد جسمي کودکان تلاش کرد.

Effective causes on toddler's physical growth in Ardabil

English Abstract

Introduction: One of the main problems affect the health of each society is infant growth rate. So, known effective causes on infant's physical growth and necessary actions to preservation and health promotion is important. The aim of this study is to survey effective causes on toddler's physical growth in Ardabil city. Methods: in this research 250 toddlers were selected in four health sites. Data collected by questionnaire include growth various characteristic. Completed questionnaire by interview and family recording files in health center. The results analyzed by descriptive and analytical methods uses linear regression model in SPSS software. Results: 48/2% of infants were girl and 51/8% were boy. There is a significantly relation between infant growth rate with height, weight, parity, time of breastfeeding time, number of breastfeeding, age of father, number of family,education of mother, age of mother, economical and social causes, BMI of mother. Conclusion: With known these effective causes on infant physical growth in Ardabil city toddlers, could effort to optimize health indicators.
