موانع آموزش به بیماران سالمند از دیدگاه پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل

Persian Abstract

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از مهمتریت نیازهای بیماران سالمند کسب مهارت و نگرش مناسب در خصوص بیماری و مراقبت می باشد. شواهد حاکی از آن است که آموزش های مناسب و کافی به بیماران سالمند داده نمی شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین موانع آموزش به بیماران سالمند از دیدگاه پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1383 انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی می باشد. در این مطالعه تعداد 360 نفر از پرستل شاغل در بخش های مختلف مراکز آموزشی درمانی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل به تعداد 380 نفر مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. روش نمونه گیری آسان مبتنی بر هدف بود.ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای شامل 19 سوال بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که176 نفر(46.3%)عدم همکاری تیم درمانی در امر آموزش به بیمار را از عوامل عمده موانع آموزش به بیمار دانسته،173 نفر(45.5%) وظایف زیاد پرسنل و کمبود وقت را از موانع متوسط آموزش به بیمار و 138 نفر(36.3%) عدم همکاری بیمار سالمند( بدلیل مشکلات جسمی و ...)و بی توجهی به امر آموزش را از موانع کم اهمیت در آموزش به بیمار ذکر کرده اند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به موانع آموزش در بیماران سالمند از قبیل کمبود وقت پرسنل و مشکلات جسمی ناشی از بیماری و تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی سالمندی در ارتباط با مسائل یادگیری اهمیت آموزش به بیماران سالمند بیش از پیش مشخص می شود و باید با رفع این موانع، بیماران بیشتر به مشارکت در امر مراقبت از خود تشویق شوند.

Health Personnels opinions of Ardebil university of medical sciences about the aged patienttraininn barries

English Abstract

Introduction and Objective: one of the most important needs of the elderly patients is acquiring the proper skills and attitude toward their diseases and special care they need. Educating patients in this regard seems to be neglected. This study was performed to evaluate the barriers in aged patient training from health personnel’s point of view in Ardabil city in 1383. Material& Methods: This research is a descriptive study in 380 employed personnel’s at different parts of educational- treatment centers and students of Ardebil university of medical sciences were questioned. Sampling method was convenient and based on objective. The tool of data collection was the questionnaire consisting of 19 questions. To analyze data SPSS software was used. Results: as results show 176(46.3%)persons believed that this collaboration of health team in educating patients are the main barrier factors,173(45.5%) of them suggested the high duties of personal’s and time deficiency as moderate barriers and 138(36.3%) persons said that disoperation of aged patients (due to physical problems,ect)are among slight barriers. Conclusion: considering the aged patients, training barriers like patient personnel’s time deficiency and physical complications derived from aged patients illness and physiological changes, the important of giving more education to elderly patients is felt and they should be encouraged to increase their knowledge regarding self care.
