Persian Abstract
به دلایل بسیاری از دانشجوی پزشکی به راهنمایی دکتر دشوار است . این برنامه: شامل محتوای برنامه درسی در مقطع کارشناسی (که اغلب افراد متعددی را که برنامه کم و یا هیچ عملکرد بالینی ندارند پوشش می دهد)، عدم وجود دوره کارآموزی با نظارت نزدیک و کامل، و طبیعت فوق العاده این شغل که اولین سال دانشجویان پزشکی تازه وارد است و از نظر بالینی مسئولیت ها، حجم کار زیاد در این دوره منجر به استرس شخصی و حرفه ای غیر منتظره می شود.

These include the content of the undergraduate curriculum (which often covers numerous subjects which have little or no application to clinical practice), the lack of an apprenticeship period with close supervision, and the extraordinary nature of the first year junior doctor's job in terms of clinical responsibilities, horrendous workload, and resulting personal and professional unexpected stress
