تجارب دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری از کارآموزی در بخش روان : یک مطالعه پدیده شناسی

Persian Abstract

هدف: این مطالعه کیفی با هدف توصیف تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری در طی کارآموزی در بخش روان بیمارستان دکتر فاطمی اردبیل انجام شد. مواد و روشها: مطالعه پدیده شناسی توصیفی در بخش روان بیمارستان دکتر فاطمی اردبیل انجام شد. برای کشف تجارب دانشجویان در بخش روان داده ها با مصاحبه عمیق جمع آوری و تولید شد برای تعیین مضامین موجود تحلیل داده ها با روش وود و هابر انجام گردید. یافته ها: چهار مضمون مرتبط با هم شامل"اضطراب، بالندگی، یادگیری روتین (همرنگ شدن با جماعت) واشتیاق" در داده ها یافت شد. نتیجه گیری: این یافته ها بیش جامعی در جهت برنامه گیری و بکارگیری در آموزش بالینی در ایران بخصوص در بخش های روان بدست میدهد. توصیف تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری به مربیان پرستاری در برنامه ریزی فرصتهای یادگیری بالینی به روشی که کمتر تنش زا بوده و دانشجویان برای استفاده از خود به عنوان ابزارهای درمانی تجهیز شوند کمک خواهد کرد.

An investigation of Nursing Students’ Experiences in an Iranian Psychiatric Unit

English Abstract

This qualitative study set out to discover and explain clinical experiences of nursing students in a psychiatric unit in an Iranian hospital. This Heideggerian hermeneutic phenomenological study was carried out in a psychiatric unit of an educational hospital in Iran. Data were produced through an in-depth interview with 13 participants. Analysis rooted in the Diekelmann manner helped to interpret data and uncover frequent themes. Four correlated themes – Anxiety, Maturation, Dissatisfaction and Enthusiasm were recognized in the data These results present exclusive insight for scheduling and applying and fitting clinical education in Iran, especially in psychiatric units. The exploration and description of experiences of the nursing students will help nurse educators plan clinical learning opportunities in such a way that they are less stressful, thus ensuring that nursing students are equipped to use themselves as therapeutic agents.
