مقدمه و هدف:گردشگری سلامت( health tourism)از دیر باز وجود داشته و به مسافرت به منظور سلامتی یا درمان انواع بیماریها اطلاق میشود.گردشگری درمانی و بهداشتی امروز از رو به رشدترین صنعت گردشگری جهان به شمار می رود که باعث شده سازمان های دست اندرکار در کشورهای علاقمند به توسعه گردشگری توجه خود را به این بخش از صنعت توریسم جلب و برنامه ریزی نمایند. یکی از انواع گردشگری سلامت توریسم با هدف درمان ناباروری می باشد که افراد با هدف درمان یا تکمیل درمان ناباروری خود به یک کشوری غیر از کشور خود میروند.هدف از این مقاله مرور و بررسی علل و انگیزه ایجاد این نوع گردشگری و ارایه راهکارهایی برای ارتقا صنعت سلامت در حوزه درمان ناباروری می باشد. روش کار: مقاله فوق با هدف بررسی علل و انگیزه ایجاد این نوع صنعت تورسیم (حوزه ناباروری)و ارایه راهکارهایی برای ارتقا صنعت گردشگری سلامت در حوزه درمان زوجین نابارور میباشد که برای رسیدن به این اهداف ازسایت های معتبر علمی به روز دنیا استفاده و با دادن کلید واژه های مقالات مورد جست و جو وReproductive tourism-medical tourism-health tourism بررسی قرار گرفتند .تعداد 24 مقاله که در رابطه مستقیم با این موضوع بودند و از سال 2005 تا سال 2011 در سایت ها ثبت شده بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و در قسمت نتایج مقاله اورده شده است. نتایج:نتایج بررسی مقالات نشان دادند که از بین علل و انگیزه های گسترش صنعت توریسم میتوان به مناسب بودن عقاید و اداب زندگی در کشور میزبان-کیفیت بالای ارایه خدمات –احترام به انتظارات مراجعین-طولانی بودن لیست انتظار در کشور خود و.. اشاره نمود.همجنین از مناسب ترین راهکارها برای توسعه ابن صنعت می توان به تجهیز بیمارستان ها و مراکز درمان ناباروری و جذب نیروهای مجرب و متعهد و تهیه وب سایت برای مرکز و... اشاره نمود که در اصل مقاله موجود میباشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری:با نوجه به نتایج و یافته های مورد بررسی کشور ابران استعداد بالقوه در امر ایجاد و سرمایه گذاری در این شاخه از گردشگری سلامت را دارا میباشد و با همت و پشنکار و برنامه ریزی میتوان در کشور ایران از این نوع گردشگری در جهت توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اقتصادی کشور بهره برد.
