معماري نوين اطلاعات در ويرايش 11 طبقه بندي بين المللي بيماري ها ( ICD-11) : بستري پويا، تعاملي و هستي شناختي

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: ازميان فعالیتهاي متعدد سازمان جهاني بهداشت، سيستم طبقه بندي بين المللي بيماري ها. ( ICD = International Classification of diseases مهمترين و موفقترين محصول در طول تاريخ فعاليتهاي اين سازمان به شمار مي آيد. منتهي استفاده از آن در سا لهاي اخير به جهت تحولات و نياز هاي به وجود آمده باچالشهاي عمده اي روبرو بوده است. از این رو هدف این مقاله بررسی لزوم بازنگری نو در ساختار ICD و همچنين مراحل شكل گيري معماري اين طبقه بندي جهاني جهت تأكيد بر ملزومات شكل گيري و پياده سازي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي نوين است. مروري بر مطالعات: اين مطالعه مروري با جستجو در پايگاههاي اطلاعاتيNLM,SCIENCEDIRECT, WHO و سایتهای اختصاصي مربوط به ويرايش. ICD 11 در سه حوزه اهميت، مشكلات و ويرايش جديد ICD ، انجام شده است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: افزايش نياز هاي تخصصي و كمبود رده هاي فرعي متناسب با نياز هاي بين المللي، توصیف هاي متفاوت از اين رده بندي با توجه به نيازهاي موضوعي و منطقه اي و دركنار آن نياز به تعامل با ترمينولوژي هاي مختلف موجب گرديده تا سازمان جهاني بهداشت رويكرد جديدي را در زمينه ويرايش اين طبقه بندي بر اساس معماري پويا طراحي نمايد. اين معماري از ويكي معنايي و با سطوح داوري چهار مرحله اي براي ارائه ساختار هستي شناسي سه لايه اي استفاده كرده است. اين ويرايش فعلاً در مراحل آزمايشي است و پيش بيني مي شود كه بعد از اجرا بتواند در تعامل و كنش پذيري ترمينولوژ يها مختلف و استقرار پرونده الكترونيك سلامت نقش مهمي ايفا نمايد. کلید واژه ها : ICD11 ، رده بندي دانش، هستي شناسي ها، معناشناسي ،

Modern Information Architecture in ICD11: a Dynamic, Interactive, and Ontological Context

English Abstract

Introduction: International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is considered as the most successful product among various activities performed by World Health Organization. However, ICD has faced many challenges due to dynamic environment of needs. The main purpose of this study was to identify ‎ICD challenges and structure of ICD 11 life cycle through a review study of the published papers. Literature Review: A review study was adopted as the methodology of this paper. Data were collected by search strategy in the following databases: NLM, SCIENCEDIRECT, WHO‏‎, and ICD 11 related sites. Discussion: The findings showed that ICD was used in many countries some of which found ICD an insufficient tool for ‎the level ‎of details needed for clinical and ‎administrative uses. In addition, little consideration was given to adaptability of codes and mapping between the ICD-9 to ICD-10 codes. Therefore, WHO initiated ‎a new dynamic architechture based on ‎semantic web application ‎‏ and employed a four stage workflow ‎‎engine for collecting proposals. This architecture has applied a Semantic Wiki as well as a four stage peer review to provide a three layer ontological structure. ICD11is at the experimental stage and it is predicated that it would have a significant role in the interaction and interoperability of different terminologies leading to the development of Electronic Health Records.
