بررسی نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل نسبت به خوددرمانی با دارو

مقدمه و هدف : یکی از مشکلات فرهنگ دارویی کشور ما مصرف دارو بدون تجویز پزشک است و مصرف بي رويه و خود سرانه دارها به عوارض داروها مي افزايد. لذا اين بررسي با هدف سنجش نگرش و عملکرد دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل و مهمترین دلیل آنها در خود درماني و خود مصرفي دارو بدون تجويز پزشك انجام گرديد. روش اجرا : اين مطالعه يك مطالعه توصيفي -مقطعي (Cross-Sectional) روي 320 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اردبیل اجرا گرديد . نمونه ها به صورت تصادفي، از تمام دانشكده ها و از طريق يك پرسشنامه جمع آوري گرديد. داده ها وارد برنامه نرم افزاری SPSS/pc گردید و با استفاده از آزمون آماری توصیفی کای اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها : نگرش 1/35% در پاسخ به عبارت" به نظر من خوددرمانی معمولا بی خطر است "کاملاً موافق بود و درکل 4/74%نسبت به خود درمانی نگرش مثبت داشتند . در ارتباط با عملکرد " نسخه پیشین پزشک را بدون مشورت مجددا مصرف کرده ام "6/90٪ جواب مثبت داده اند و در کل 6/80% نمونه ها عملکرد نامطلوب در خوددرمانی داشتند . مهمترین مشکل منجر به خود درمانی "سردرد" با 6/45٪ و کمترین مشکل" تب" با 8/3 ٪ بود و بیشترین داروی مصرفی خوددرمانی"مسکن" با 6/50٪ و کمترین دارو "آنتی بیوتیک" با 6/5٪ بود. و مهمترین دلیل منجر به خوددرمانی " دسترسی راحت به دارو از طریق داروخانه" با 2/21٪ و کمترین " عدم اعتماد به طبابت پزشكان" با 9/1٪ بود و نتایج نشان داد که فقط بین جنس(P<0/001) و رشته تحصیلی با نگرش (P<0/009) ارتباط آماری معنی دار بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به میزان بالای نگرش و عملکرد به خود درمانی در دانشجویان ، ضروری به نظر می رسد که دست اندرکاران و سیاستگزاران آموزش در جهت افزایش آگاهی دانشجویان اقدامات لازم مبذول فرمایند .

English Abstract

Background and Purpose: One of the problems our nation's drug culture and drug without prescription is arbitrary and indiscriminate use of drugs increases the side effects of drugs. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the attitude and the most important function of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences and the drug treatment itself because they were without a doctor's prescription. Methods: This cross - sectional Ardabil medical students was conducted on 320 persons. Random sample of all schools and through a questionnaire were collected. Data into the software program SPSS / pc was And using descriptive statistics, chi-square analysis. Results: Attitude 1 / 35% in response to the statement "I usually self-treatment is safe," it was agreed total 4 / 74% had positive attitude towards their health .In connection with the performance "the previous version without consulting the doctor again, I use" 90/6% said yes and the 80/6% in self-treatment samples were unsatisfactory performance. The problem of self-cure "headaches" with 45/6% and the least trouble, "Fever" with the 3/8%, and most self-medication "accommodation" with 50/6% and the lowest drug "antibiotics" with 5/6 %, respectively. And most important reason leading to the self "and convenient access to medicines through pharmacy" with 21/2% and the lowest "distrust of physicians to practice" with 1/9%, and the results showed that only between sexes (P<0/001) Left with an attitude (P<0/009) was statistically significant. Conclusion: Due to its high performance and attitude of the students, practitioners and policymakers seem necessary to teach students the necessary steps taken to increase awareness states.
