بررسی فراوانی و علل گرایش به مصرف قلیان،سیگار و الکل در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: سوء مصرف مواد علاوه بر اینکه شخص درگیر را دچار افت جدی در کنشهای فردی و اجتماعی میکند، آسیبهای فراوان جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی، خانوادگی و اقتصادی به دنبال دارد، با توجه به ساختار جمعیتی جوان ایران، یکی از گروههای در معرض خطر دانشجویان هستند. مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین میزان مصرف سیگار، الکل و قلیان و بررسی علل گرایش و علل عدم گرایش به مصرف این مواد در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام گرفته شده است. روش کار: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گردید.نمونه مورد مطالعه را 720 نفر از دانشجویان تمام دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران تشکیل میدهند که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند.ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه های چهار قسمتی بود که قسمت اول سوالات مربوط به عوامل دموگرافیک، قسمت دوم سوالات مربوط به سیگار و عوامل موثر بر مصرف آن، قسمت سوم سوالات مربوط به قلیان و عوامل موثر به مصرف آن، قسمت چهارم سوالات مربوط به الکل و عوامل موثر به مصرف آن بود. پاسخنامه ها در برگه ای جداگانه و توسط گروه پرسشگر بدون حضور هیچیک از مسولان دانشگاهها به صورت تجمعی در جعبه ای جمع آوری گردید.داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در نمونه های مورد بررسی فراوانی مصرف سیگار(22%)، قلیان(23.3%) و الکل(12%) بود.در میان عوامل موثر در گرایش به مصرف مواد مذکور، به ترتیب:استفاده از این مواد به عنوان تفریح و سرگرمی(24.5%)، کسب لذت(16%)، ارضاء کنجکاوی(11.6%) و کاهش استرس و فشار روانی(7.8%)، مهمترین علل بودند.اصلیترین علت عدم مصرف مواد فوق نیز نگرانی از سلامتی بود. نتیجه گیری: در مقایسه با نتایج مطالعات مشابه، نتایج پژوهش حاضرحاکی از آن بود که میزان استفاده از سیگار، قلیان، الکل در سالهای اخیر در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران رو به کاهش است. ولی بایستی همچنان برنامه های آموزش بهداشت در رابطه با پیشگیری از مصرف مواد از دوران مدرسه اغاز گردد و در دانشگاهها نیز تداوم یابد، همچنین پیشنهاد میشود در کنار اجرای این برنامه ها به مشکلات دانشجویان در زمینه تفریح و سرگرمی توجه ویژه گردد.

English Abstract

Abstract Misusing of narcotics, in addition reduction in the social and personal activities observed in users caused a lot of problem to users. In Iran, the young population structure n and increase in the use of narcotics among students is released in different researches .this study is designed to determine the amount of the use of cigarette, alcoholic liquors and hookah and the reasons of tendency to them among the students of Tehran University of medical sciences. Method: in1389, this research investigated 780 students of different colleges of Tehran University of medical sciences using the descriptive study. Collecting data is done by four part questionnaire that its reliability and validity is approved. The first part of questions is about demographic factors; the second part refers to cigarette and the factors affecting its use; the third part is about hookah and the factors affecting its use, the fourth part is the questions about alcoholic liquors. Researchers collected the answer sheets in a box, without the presence of university officials. To analyze data, SPSS software and chi-square test was used. Result: In examined samples, the frequency of the cigarette use was %23, hookah %24/3and alcoholic liquors %13. Among the factors affecting the use of these narcotics, the most important factors were using them as entertainment %24/5; enjoyment%16; curiousity %11/6 and decreasing stress an emotional pressures%7/8. The most important reason for not using them was taking care about their health. Conclusion: Comparing to the results of similar researches; this research showed that the use of cigarette, hookah and alcoholic liquors is decreasing among the students of Tehran University of medical sciences in recent years. But we should continue the programs for training health care and prevention of diseases. Conducting these program should be done in high school and follow at university. It is proposed to solve the problems of students in the term of entertainment.
