رابطه افسردگی و میزان ادراک درد بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی عمومی و اثرات آن بر طول بستری

Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: افسردگی به عنوان متداولترین و شایعترین مشکلات روانی افراد به حساب می آید. افسردگی و ادراک درد شدید و باور به پایداری درد در سیر و عاقبت بیماریها نیز تاثیر منفی می گذارد و طول مدت بستری بیماران را بالا می برد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه افسردگی و میزان ادراک درد بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی عمومی و اثرات آن بر طول بستری بیماران انجام گرفت. روش کار: اين مطالعه مقطعی- توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي می باشد که در بین بيماران زن و مرد بستري شده در بخش جراحي عمومی بيمارستان هاي شهر اردبيل در سال 1390-1389 انجام شد. نمونه این پژوهش 168 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک بیماران، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه دریافت و باور درد تورن بود. داده های بدست آمده با کمک نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد از تعداد 168 بیمار بستری102(7/60 درصد) نفر مرد و 66 نفر(3/39 درصد) زن بودند. تعداد افراد سالم و بهنجار 7 نفر(2/4 درصد)، تعداد افراد بستری در بخش جراحی و مبتلا به افسردگی خفیف 27 نفر و تعداد افراد بستری مبتلا به افسردگی شدید 62 نفر بودند. بین میزان افسردگی و احساس درد رابطه مثبت معناداری به دست آمده است و این بدین معنی است که بیمارانی که دارای سابقه افسردگی باشند در هنگام بستری شدن و بعد از عمل جراحی احساس درد بیشتری می کنند. نتیجه گیری: بیماران هنگامی که در شرایط غم و اندوه به سر می برند و احساس افسردگي می کنند نسبت به افرادی که احساس آرامش می کنند و از حمایتهای کافی برخوردارند درد شدید تری گزارش می¬کنند.

Relationship between depression and pain perception severity in admitted patients in surgery ward and the effects on duration of hospitalization

English Abstract

Background and Objectives: Depression is considered as the most common psychological problems of individuals. Depression and perception of severe pain and persistent pain affected negatively the course and outcome of diseases and increases the duration of hospitalization. The main goal of this study was survey of relationship between depression and pain perception severity in admitted patients surgery ward and the effects on duration of hospitalization. Methods: The study design was a cross - sectional and correlation type. The survey was between male and female patients, admitted in general surgery wards in hospital of Ardabil city in 2010-2011. The study samples were consisting of 168 individuals selected by random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires of demographic, Bak Depression, receive and believe pain of Toren questionnaire. For data analysis spss software has been used. Results: The results showed that 168 patients 102 (60.7 %) were male and 66 (39.3%) female. Normal and healthy cases were 7 (4.2 %) individuals. The number of individuals admitted in surgery ward with mild depression was 27 patients and with sever depression 62 individuals. The results showed that there is a positive significant releation between depression and pain perception severity. This means that patients who have a history of depression feel much more pain during hospitalization and after surgery. Conclusion: When patients are living in sorrow, feeling depression reported more severe pain than those who feel they have enough support. Key words: Depression, pain perception, surgery;
