ارتباط معنویت پرستاران بر میزان رضایت بیمار از مراقبتهای پرستاری

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: مهمترین دغدغه ونگرانی در مراکز مراقبتی کیفیت ارائه مراقبت می باشد، و جستجوی هدف ومعنا درکاربرای پرستاران ممکن است بر کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران موثر باشد. هنوز مطالعات کمی در ارتباط با معنویت پرستاران بر میزان رضایتمندی بیمار وجود دارد. بر همين اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط بين معنویت كاركنان پرستاري برمیزان رضايت بیمار از مراقبت ها انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: اين مطالعه از نوع همبستگي- توصيفي بود. 100پرستار و 100 بیمار بستري در بیمارستانهای منتخب علوم پزشکی اردبیل به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از ابزاراستاندارد سلامت معنوی (swbs)وابزار رضایت بیماراز مراقبت پرستاری گرد آوری شد . بافته ها:یافته ها نشان داد که میزان رضایت بیماران بستری شرکت کننده در این تحقیق بامیانگین 157.2 با انحراف معیار19.5می باشند وکمترین میزان 89 وبیشترین میزان180میباشد . و سلامت معنوی پرستاران شرکت کننده در این تحقیق بامیانگین 101.3 با انحراف معیار9.3می باشند وکمترین میزان 78 وبیشترین میزان120میباشد .وزیر مقیاس سلامت مذهبی با میانگین 53وانحراف معیار 1/6 وکمترین میزان 27 وبیشترین میزان60میباشد .زیر مقیاس سلامت وجودی با میانگین 48.3وانحراف معیار 5.2 وکمترین میزان 35 وبیشترین میزان60میباشد و همچنین ارتباط معنا داری بین سطح معنویت پرستاران و میزان رضایت بیماران در بیمارستان‌های منتخب علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل وجود دارد نتیجه گیری: معنویت پرستاران شرکت کننده دراین تحقیق در حد بالا ومثبت قرار دارد،و ارتباط بین معنویت پرستاران ورضایت بیماران معنا دار است(p<0.05 )ومعنویت قسمتی از مراقبت پرستاری است ومراقبت معنوی قلب مراقبتها را تشکیل می دهد و زمان بسیار کمی می گیرد وبر میزان رضایت بیماران بسیار موثر است لازم است که تحقیقات بیشتری در این ارتباط انجام شودوآموزش پرستاری تاکید بیشتری بر این جنبه از مراقبتها داشته باشد .

The Relationships between nurs's spirituality and PATIENT'S SATISFACTION inThe Hospitals of to ardabil University of Medical Science

English Abstract

Introduction: The quality of care presentation is the most important and major concern in care centers, and target search in work for nurses may be effective on the quality of patients care. Yet, there are a few studies about the effect of nurses' spirituality on the degree of patient satisfaction. Accordingly, the objective of present research was to determine the relationship between nursing staff spirituality and patient satisfaction from the cares. Methods: This was a correlation –descriptive study. 100 nurses and 100 patients hospitalized in selected hospitals of Ardabil Medical Sciences were randomly selected. Data was collected through using the spiritual wellbeing scale ( swbs) and patient satisfaction instruments from nursing care. Results: The findings showed that mean and standard deviation of satisfaction degree in hospitalized patients participating in this research was 157.2±19.5 that the lowest rate is 89 and the highest is 180. Mean and standard deviation of spiritual wellbeing of nurses participated in this study is 101.3 ±9.3 and the lowest rate is 78 and the highest rate is 120 and this is lower than scale. Mean ± SD in religious wellbeing is 6.1 ± 53 and the lowest and highest rate is 27 and 60 respectively (lower than scale). Existential wellbeing scale has a mean and standard deviation with 48.3±5.2 that the lowest rate is 35 and the highest, 60 and also, there is a significant relationship between the levels of nurses' spirituality and the degree of patients' satisfaction in selected hospitals of Ardebil Medical Sciences(p <0.05). Conclusions: the assessment of nurses' spiritual well being indicated that most nurses studied, had high and positive spiritual wellbeing scores, but they had received no professional training to provide the spiritual assistances to the patient. Considering that patient satisfaction is concerned to this aspect of care more than anything, so it can be increased the patients' satisfaction at care centers through using the professional training in nursing, in order to develop the spiritual assistance to patients and to evaluate their spiritual needs.
