مقايسه رضايتمندی زناشويی و کيفيت زندگی مبتلايان به اختلال وسواس فکری - عملی با مبتلايان به ديگر اختلالات اضطرابی و افراد سالم

Persian Abstract

پيش زمينه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقايسه رضايتمندی زناشويی و کيفيت زندگی سه گروه از بيماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری – عملی، مبتلايان به ساير اختلالات اضطرابی و گروه بهنجار انجام گرفت. مواد و روش کار: در اين مطالعه مقطعی – مقايسه‌ای دو گروه 100 نفری از مبتلايان به اختلال وسواس فکری – عملی و بيماران مبتلا به ساير اختلالات اضطرابی که از بين مراجعه کنندگان به درمانگاه روان‌پزشکی بيمارستان فاطمی شهر اردبيل به روش نمونه گيری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند و يک گروه 100 نفری از افراد عادی به عنوان گروه مقايسه که به تصادف انتخاب شده بودند شرکت داشتند. کليه اعضای نمونه بعد از تشخيص روان‌پزشکی به پرسش‌نامه‌های وسواس فکری – عملی، رضايت زناشويی و کيفيت زندگی پاسخ دادند. داده‌های بدست آمده نيز با استفاده از آزمون‌های تحليل واريانس چند متغيره، آزمون تعقيبی LSD و آزمون t مستقل تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد که در متغير رضايتمندی زناشويی تفاوت معنی‌داری بين دو گروه وسواسی و بهنجار وجود ندارد ولی رضايتمندی زناشويی گروه مبتلايان به ساير اختلالات اضطرابی به طور معنی‌داری پايين‌تر از دو گروه ديگر بود. نتايج آشکار کرد که کيفيت زندگی بيماران وسواسی و مبتلايان به ساير اختلالات اضطرابی پايين­تر از گروه بهنجار بود، همچنين بيماران وسواسی کيفيت زندگی بالاتری نسبت به مبتلايان به ساير اختلالات اضطرابی داشتند. بحث و نتيجه گيری: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد که بيماران وسواسی در مقايسه با ديگر اختلالات اضطرابی رضايتمندی زناشويی و کيفيت زندگی بهتری دارند. اين نتايج لزوم توجه به رضايتمندی زناشويی و کيفيت زندگی در تشخيص و طرح ريزی الگوی درمان برای اختلالات مذکور را خاطر نشان می‌سازد.

COMPARISON OF MARITAL SATISFACTION AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PEOPLE WITH OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER AND OTHER ANXIETY DISORDERS AND NORMAL PEOPLE

English Abstract

Background & Aims : the current study was conducted in the order to compare marital satisfaction and quality of life between patients with obsessive compulsive disorder, patients with other anxiety disorders and normal group. Materials & Methods : the two 100 member groups comprised of patients with obsessive compulsive disorder and patients with other anxiety disorders, selected of clients that they referred to psychiatry clinic of Fatemi hospital in Ardabil city by accessible sampling method, and one 100 member group of normal people as comparative group, selected randomly, participated in this cross- sectional study. After psychiatric diagnosis, all the groups were tested by questionnaires of obsessive compulsive disorder; Enrich marital satisfaction and quality of life. Collected data were analyzed by MANOVA, LSD post hog and independent t tests. Results : The results showed that there are no significant differences between OCD and normal groups in marital satisfaction but marital satisfaction in people with other neurotic disorders was significantly lower than other two groups. The results also showed that quality of life in both patients with OCD and other neurotic disorders was significantly lower than normal group. Also compared with people with other neurotic disorders, people with OCD had better quality of life. Conclusion : the result of this research showed that obsessive compulsive patients have high marital satisfaction and quality of life in comparison with patients with other anxiety disorders. These results notifies importance of attention to marital satisfaction and quality of life in diagnose and designing of treatment patterns for mentioned disorders.
