عوامل مختل كننده كيفيت زندگي در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: سرطان پستان از شایع ترین سرطان های زنان می باشد، بطوریکه هرسال178480 مورد جديد را در آمريكا درگير مي كند. امروزه ميزان بقاء افراد به 89 درصد تا 5 سال بعد از تشخيص افزايش يافته است. ازطرفی عوارض فيزيكي و رواني در مدت زمان كوتاهي اتفاق افتاده و سالها بعد از درمان نیز ادامه دارد و به طور بالقوه كيفيت زندگي نجات یافتگان را كاهش مي دهد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل مختل كننده كيفيت زندگي در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام یافته است. روش كار: اين مطالعه يك مرور جامع است كه با جستجوي وسيع در پايگاههاي اطلاعاتي «science direct, PubMed, Scopus , Google scholar» و با استفاده از كليدواژه هاي « breast cancer, quality of life, physical & psychosocial disorder » انجام شد. يافته ها: کیفیت زندگی مفهومی چند بعدی است که سلامت و رفاه جسمی و روانی را شامل می شود. زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان اختلالات فيزيكي و رواني اجتماعي ناشي ازعوارض بيماري و درمان، همچنين تنش هاي عاطفي را تجربه ميكنند. عوارض فيزيكي از قبيل خستگي، كاهش قدرت عضلاني، اختلال ظرفيت فيزيكي و مشكلات رواني اجتماعي نظير افسردگي، اضطراب، اختلالات خلق، استرس، كاهش اعتماد به نفس، ايزولاسيون اجتماعي و مشكلات شغلي و اندوه منجر به كاهش كيفيت زندگي در اين بيماران مي شود. تاثير استرس عاطفي و بدشكلي فيزيكي بر هويت جنسي و ارتباط زناشويي توسط مطالعات متعددي گزارش شده است. زنان براي كنترل بيماري و عوارض جانبي درمان نياز به اطلاعات كافي دارند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به اینکه امروزه سرطان پستان در میان زنان بسیار شایع بوده و مشکلات جسمی و رواني در بيمار و ساير اعضاي خانواده به ويژه همسر بدنبال دارد. لذا برنامه هاي بازتواني فيزيكي و رواني وسيع جهت بهبود كيفيت زندگي ضروري بنظر می رسد.

Disturbing factors of quality of life in women with breast cancer

English Abstract

Introduction: breast cancer is the women most prevail cancer that affects 178 480 new cases each year in the United States .today survival rate has increase up to 98 %for five years after diagnosis. Therefore, interventions focused may go on increasing the quality of life in these patients significantly .so physical and psychosocial side effect occurred in short time and remains after the treat ,decrease subjective the quality of survivals life . Objective: Determine of disturbing factors of quality of life in women with breast cancer. Methods: This study is a comprehensive review of the extensive search in the database «science direct, pub med Scopus, Google scholar» using keywords «breast cancer, quality of life, physical & psychosocial disorder» was conducted. Results: Life quality has a multi-dimensional meaning that includes physical and psychosocial healthy. Women with breast cancer experience physical and psychosocial disorders of disease treatments and also emotional tensions. Physical symptoms such as fatigue, decreased muscle strength, impaired physical capacity and psychosocial problems such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, insecurity, low self-esteem, social isolation and occupational problems, and sadness all decreased quality of life in these patients. The effect of emotional stress and physical deformity on gender identity and marital relationship has been reported in several studies. women need to have enough information for controlling disease ad side effect of treatment ,help to control and adaptions emotions associated with procedure patient out come in further. Conclusion: breast cancer is the women most prevail cancer that more over physical and psychosocial problems at patients ,involve other staffs of family ,specially the patients wife. Therefore, extensive physical and psychological rehabilitation programs to improve quality of life in these patients are necessary.
