ارتباط مذهب و معنویت با کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان به سرطان پستان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه سرطان پستان شايع ترين، كشنده ترين و از نظر رواني تأثير گذارترين سرطان در زنان است که با تشخیص، شروع پروتکل درمانی و پس از بهبود، کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان را تحت تأثیر قرار خواهد داد. مذهب و معنویت از عوامل معنادار در زندگي است که می تواند بعنوان بخشی از استراتژی سازگاری افراد با تشخیص و درمان بیماری، نقش مؤثری در بهبود کیفیت زندگی باقی ماندگان سرطان ایفا کند. روش کار اين مطالعه يك مرور جامع است كه با جستجوي وسيع در پايگاههاي اطلاعاتي «science direct , pubmed scopus , google scholar» بااستفاده از كليدواژه هاي « Breast Cancer, Oncology, Religiosity/Spirituality, Quality of Life» انجام شد. از بين مقاله ها، مقالات دارای طرح توصيفي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و نتايج حاصل تجزيه و تحليل شد. یافته ها بر اساس یافته های حاصل از مطالعات مختلف، مذهب و معنویت با سلامت جسمی و روانی مرتبط می باشد و برخورداری از سلامت معنوی و انجام فرایض مذهبی می تواند با کاهش دیسترس های عاطفی، اضطراب، احساس ناامیدی، بیچارگی و ترس از مرگ، بعنوان یک رویکرد سازگاری در تطابق روانشناختی پس از تشخیص بیماری مفید واقع شود و نقش مؤثری در بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنها ایفا کند. بحث با توجه به یافته های حاصل از مطالعات انجام شده مي توان گفت كه طراحي مداخلات پرستاري با رویکرد کل نگر با تأکید بر بعد معنوی مراقبت، مي تواند شانس موفقيت بالايي در سازگاری بیماران مبتلا به سرطان با بیماری خود و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی آنها داشته باشد.

Relationship of religiosity and spirituality with quality of life in breast cancer patients

English Abstract

Background Breast cancer is most common, most lethal and most effective cancer in women that affect patient's quality of life at diagnosis, during treatment, and after recovery. Religion and spirituality are meaning factors in life as part of patients strategy for coping with diagnosis and treatment can be effective to improve quality of life in cancer survivors. METHODS This study was a comprehensive literature review performed through searches in databases such as Medline, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, and Google Scholar using the terms " Breast Cancer, Oncology, Religiosity/Spirituality, Quality of Life ". Findings Based on the results of many studies religiosity/spirituality are associate with physical and mental health, that by reducing the emotional distress, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and fear of death, as an adjustment approach in coping after diagnosis and improving the patient's quality of life be effective. Conclusion According to the studies, sketching care interventions with holistic approach with an emphasis on the spiritual dimension of care can be high chance of success in coping of cancer survivors with their diseases and improve their quality of life.
