بررسی میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر اردبیل از اورژانسهای پزشکی در سال 1392

Persian Abstract

مقدمه : اورژانس های پزشکی ممکن است به صورت ناخواسته در طول خدمت یک دندانپزشک پیش آیند و از آنجا که برخی از موارد اورژانس می توانند منجر به خطرات جدی و تهدید کننده زندگی در بیماران در معرض خطر گردند، لذا میزان آگاهی و آمادگی دندانپزشکان در مواجهه با این موارد باید مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و در رفع کاستی ها اقدامات مقتضی صورت گیرند. مواد و روشها : یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که با پرسشنامه 3 قسمتی که توسط دندانپزشکان شاغل در شهر اردبیل تکمیل و اطلاعات جمع آوری شده در نرم افزار آماری SPSS وارد شده و با آزمون آماری ( t-test ) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها : افراد مورد مطالعه 105 نفر بوده که 94 نفر در مطالعه شرکت داشته اند و 59 نفر ( 8/62 % ) از افراد مورد مطالعه مرد و 35 نفر (2/37% ) زن بودند. بر این اساس 9/81 % از پاسخ دهندگان بر شیوع بیشتر هایپرونتیلاسیون، تشنج و هیپوگلیسمی تاکید نموده اند. 9/98 % افراد، وجود اکسیژن در مطب را مهم دانسته و 5/91 % از دندانپزشکان به شکل مناسبی بر لزوم وجود داروهای اورژانس و انواع آن تاکید نموده اند. با این وجود فقط 9/48 % از افراد مورد پرسش درباره تظاهرات سندرم هایپرونتیلاسیون اشاره درستی نموده بودند. نتیجه گیری : در مجموع میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان مورد پرسش در زمینه اورژانس های پزشکی در سطح متوسط ارزیابی شده و تفاوت معنی داری با افزایش سن و یا بر اساس جنس در نتایج حاصله مشاهده نمی شود که این امر بر لزوم هرچه بیشتر آموزش حین خدمت و برگزاری دوره های بازآموزی در زمینه اورژانس ها تاکید دارد.

Knowledge level of dentists about medical emergency in Ardabil city in 1392

English Abstract

Introduction: Medical emergencies are unwanted happenings during the services of a dentist; and a sin some cases for patients at risk, it can lead to serious life-threatening emergencies, so in such cases, awareness and willingness of dentists must be evaluated, and measures should be taken to removed efficiencies. Materials and Methods: Thesis a descriptive temporal study, which was conducted through a 3-part questionnaire and was carried on dentists of Ardabil; and after completing the questionnaires by the dentists, the collected data entered in to the SPSS software and the t-test results were analyzed. Results: 105 peoples were the total number of dentists that 94of them participated in this study. 59of them (62.8 percent of subjects)were males and 35 of them (37.2%)were females., 81.9 percent of there spondent emphasized the incidence of Hyperventilation, Seizures and Hypoglycemia. 98.9% of them emphasized that presence of oxygen in the office is necessary, and 91.5% of dentists, rightly emphasized the need for different emergency drugs. However only 48.9% of dentists truly mentioned happening of the hyperventilation syndrome. Conclusion: Entirely, the dentist’s knowledge about the medical emergency was in normal and average rate and no significant results observed between different ages or changing the genders, and that emphasizes the need form or entraining on the job and more training courses on emergency.
