تعیین اختلالات شناختی درک شده با توجه به نوع و مراحل مختلف درمان در بیماران با سرطان پستان و فاکتور های پیش بینی کننده آن

Persian Abstract

مقدمه و هدف : سرطان پستان شایعترین سرطان خاص یک محل در بین خانمها و عامل عمده ی مرگ ناشی از سرطان در زنان 59-20 سال می باشد. اختلال شناختی در 75-16% بیماران مبتلا به کانسر رخ می دهد . لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اختلالات شناختی درک شده در بیماران با سرطان پستان طراحی گردید تا از نتایج آن بتوان برای طراحی برنامه های مداخله ای پیشگیری از این اختلالات یا برای به حداقل رساندن آن استفاده نمود. مواد و روشها : این مطالعه از نوع مطالعه مقطعی – توصیفی- تحلیلی بود . تعداد نمونه مورد نیاز بر اساس مطالعات آماری 96 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود که به یکی از روشهای درمانی یا ترکیبی از آنها ،درمان شده بودند. این بیماران از مرکز ثبت سرطان استان اردبیل، کلینیکهای خصوصی و بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان امام خمینی اردبیل انتخاب شده و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند . یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که بیماران با سن پایین تر و تحصیلات بالاتر، نمرات AFI ( Attentional Function Index ) بالاتری کسب کرده اند . بیمارانی که تحت شیمی درمانی قرار گرفته بودند ، نمرات پایین تری نسبت به آنهایی که هورمون درمانی و رادیوتراپی دریافت کرده بودند ، کسب کردند . نتیجه گیری : بیماران با سن بالا و تحصیلات پایین اختلال شناختی شدیدتری تجربه می کنند. همچنین شیمی درمانی یک عامل ایجاد اختلال شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می باشد

Determination of the type and perceived cognitive disorders in patients with various stages of breast cancer and its predictive factors

English Abstract

Introduction : Breast cancer is the most frequent cancer of the specific location and the main cause of cancer resulted mortality in women between 20-59 years old. Cognitive disorder occurs in 16-75 percent of cancer strickens.Thus this study performed to characterize perceived cognitive disorders in patients with breast cancer so the results coud be used to plan preventional cross sectional programs and minimize this impairments . Method and Materials : This study was a cross sectional , descriptive and analytic research . 96 women with breast cancer had been chosen based on statistical analysis .This patients had been treated by a type of treatment or a combination of this treatments .This patients had been selected from cancer registration center of Ardebil , oncology department of Imam khomeini hospital and private clinics . Results :Patients with low age and high education gained more AFI score . Also patients with chemotherapy gained low AFI (Attentional Function Index ) score in comparison to patients had been treated with radiotherapy or hormontheraoy . Conclusions : Patients with high age and low education experience more intensive cognitive disorder.Also chemotherapy is a cause of cognitive disorder in patients with breast cancer
