تعیین میزان تاثیر غلظت های مختلف فلوراید برروی سطوح ایمپلنت های دندانی

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: استفاده از فلوراید بصورت خمیر دندان ها، دهانشویه ها و ژل های حاوی فلوراید برای پیشگیری از بوجودآمدن پلاک برروی دندان ها وجلوگیری از پوسیدگی آنها معمول می باشد. همچنین درمان ایمپلنت امروزه جزو درمان های روتین دندانپزشکی محسوب می¬شود و به عنوان اولین انتخاب جهت جایگزینی ناحیه بی دندانی به بیماران پیشنهاد می گردد. با توجه به احتمال استفاده فلوراید در حضور ایمپلنت، هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر فلوراید درغلظت های موردبحث ppm 200 وppm 1000 برساختار ایمپلنت های دندانی می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این یک مقاله بنیادی-کاربردی است که در آن با استفاده از 3 عدد ایمپلنت تیتانیومی (شرکت TBR) و با بکار گیری روش طیف سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی، عملکرد خوردگی تیتانیوم در سطوح ایمپلنت های دندانی در مجاورت محلول های حاویppm 220 و ppm 1000 فلوراید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون طیف سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی نمونه ای که در غلظت حاوی فلوراید ppm 220 بود در مقایسه با نمونه ای که در محلول بدون فلوراید بود، از خود خوردگی نشان داد و این پدیده با افزایش غلظت به ppm1000 بر روی نمونه سوم بیشتر بود و با افزایش زمان قرارگیری نمونه ها در محلول های حاوی فلوراید شاهد افزایش پدیده خوردگی بودیم. نتیجه گیری: رابطه معنی داری میان افزایش غلظت فلوراید و همچنین زمان حضور فلوراید و خوردگی سطوح ایمپلنت های تیتانیومی مشاهده شد.با توجه به احتمال روزافزون استفاده از فلوراید به شکلهای مختلف در بیماران دارای ایمپلنت دندانی تیتانیومی، پیشنهاد می گردد تا بررسی و تحقیق جامع تری در آینده صورت گیرد.

Effect of Different Concentrations of Fluoride on Dental Implant surfaces

English Abstract

Abstract: Treatment with fluoride-containing products such as tooth-paste، mouth-washes and prophylactic gels is known to be the main method for preventing plaque formation and dental caries. Also treatment with dental implants is one of the routine methods suggested to the patients for edentulous areas. Now with the possibility of the use an implant and fluoride-containing products، the goal of this study is to find out the effects of specific concentration of fluoride (220 ppm and 1000 ppm) on the dental implant surfaces. Materials and Methods: Thesis is a fundamental-application study، which was conducted through Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy method on three TBR implants in the Ringer solutions of 0 ppm، 220 ppm and 1000 ppm containing fluoride for examining the corrosion behavior of the titanium. Results: Three dental implants from the TBR Company have been examined in this study، with the respect to the reported results from the Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy method the specimen which was in the solution containing 220 ppm fluoride shows corrosions on the surfaces in compare to the solution with 0 ppm fluoride and this phenomena was worsened after increasing the concentration of the fluoride to 1000 ppm and is also showed even more corrosion with the longer emergence time in the mentioned concentrations respectively. Conclusion: At the end the effects of fluoride on the titanium was measured and significant results were observed between the ascending concentrations of fluoride and also emergence time of the specimens in the fluoride-containing solutions and corrosion of the implant surfaces. And that emphasizes the need for more researches about this study because of the common applications of the fluoride and implant in Dentistry.
