بررسی و تحليل سیستم اصلاح شرایط کاری (بهداشت، ايمني و ارگونومي) با رویکرد ارگونومی کلان در یک شرکت تولیدی از صنایع نیروگاهی ایران- 1389

زمینه و هدف: تجربه در سطح دنيا، تأثیر مثبت بكارگيري ارگونومي در بخش‌های مختلف را به صورت اصلاح شرایط کاری، بهبود كمي و كيفي توليد، كاهش شيوع آسیب‌های اسكلتي-عضلاني ناشي از كار، كاهش هزينه و در نتيجه افزايش بهره‌وری نشان داده است و اين امر تنها در سايه تبعيت از سیستم اصلاح شرایط کاری مناسب و بکارگیری رویکرد ارگونومی کلان خواهد بود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین چگونگی وضعيت موجود و تحليل سیستم اصلاح شرایط کاری در یک شرکت تولیدی از صنایع نیروگاهی با رویکرد ارگونومی کلان انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-¬تحلیلی می‌باشد. در ابتدا وضعیت برنامه بهبود شرایط کاری با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه، از دیدگاه مدیران (29 نفر)، پرسنل واحد HSE (5 نفر) و کارکنان عملیاتی ( 85 نفر) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و سپس سه ابزار دیگر از ارگونومی کلان استفاده گردید. یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج؛ 1) پرسشنامه ها و آزمون‌های مربوطه، سه گروه هدف در مورد اهداف برنامه بهبود شرایط کاری و روش‌های ارتقاء آن نظرات یکسانی داشته، ولی در بعضی موارد نظرات متفاوتی داشتند. 2) کارگاه آینده و مصاحبه ها، به فقدان سبک رهبری مشارکتی و عدم وجود سیستم کاری مناسب در شرکت مربوطه اشاره داشتند. 3) بکارگیری چک لیست ILO تعامل مناسب بین سطوح بالا و پایین سازمان را نشان داد. نتیجه¬گیری: بیداری نیاز به تغییر در سطوح میانی و پایینی سازمان جهت حل مشکلات مربوط به سیستم اصلاح شرایط کاری ایجاد شد. برای اجرای یک فرآیند شیوه مداخله ارگونومی نیاز به حمایت کامل مدیریت و کارکنان می‌باشد.

An Improving Working Condition System (health, safety and ergonomics) Survey and analysis with Macroergonomics Approach in a manufacturing company from Iran Power Plant Industry in 2010

English Abstract

Background and purpose: Experience in the world, shows that the positive effect applying ergonomics in the improving work conditions, improving of quality and quantity of production, reduce prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders, saving costs and increase of productivity in the different contents. There are in possible only using of properly improving work condition system and Macroergonomics approach.The aim of the study was how determine situation and analyzing the working conditions the Macroergonomics approach in a Power Plant Industry. Materials and method: This study is a cross-sectional study. First, the programme for improvement of work conditions using three questionnaires were evaluated include of managers viewpoint (29 samples), health, safety and environment employees viewpoint (5 samples) and operating workers viewpoint (85 samples) and then three other instruments of Macroergonomics was used. Results: According to the results of 1) questionnaires and corresponding tests, three of the program's goals of improving working conditions and promotion practices that have the same opinions, but in some cases had different opinions. 2) Future workshops and interviews, the lack of participatory leadership and lack of collaborative work systems for the company stated. 3) Apply Ergonomics Checklist of ILO, an appropriate interaction between the top and bottom surfaces revealed. Conclusion: Awakened needs of change in the middle and lower levels of organization to solve problems relate to improving working conditions of the system was created. To implement an Ergonomics Intervention Programme Technique Process requires the full support management and employees.
