بررسی میزان آرسنیک در محصولات کشاورزی، فرآورده های دامی و آب شرب روستاهای شهرستان قروه و بيجار استان کردستان

Persian Abstract

آلودگي محيط زیست يا مواد غذائي انسان به عنصر سمي آرسنيك یکی از مسائل مهمی است که موجب به خطر انداختن بهداشت عمومي و سلامت موجودات زنده می شود. در این تحقیق انواع محصولات كشاورزي مورد نظر با ذكر مشخصات هر نمونه (نوع محصول، نوع كشت آبي يا ديم، محل استقرار زمين در هر روستا) تهيه گرديد. نمونه برداري از دام در هر روستا شامل 8 نوع اجزاء گوسفند( کبد ، بافت ریه، طحال، کلیه، قلب، گوشت دست، گوشت ران وگوشت راسته ) مي باشد. کل نمونه های اندازه گیری شده آرسنیک در آب شرب، محصولات کشاورزی، فرآورده های دامی و شیر 983 نمونه می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین غلظت آرسنیک در آب لوله کشی روستای علی آباد(mg/l 737/1) است. بیشترین میانگین میزان آرسنیک در محصولات کشاورزی برای گندم، جو، نخود و عدس به ترتیب در روستای گیکلو و گوندک(mg/kg 14/0)، روستای گوندک(mg/kg 11/0)، روستای گیکلو(mg/kg 013/0) و روستای قوجاق(mg/kg 017/0) بدست آمد. همچنین بیشترین میانگین غلظت آرسنیک در نمونه های دامی در روستای قوجاق(mg/kg 167/0) و برای شیر دام در روستای گوندک(mg/l 0129/0) می باشد. نتايج آرسنيك اندازه گيري شده در تمامي نمونه های انواع محصولات كشاورزي، نمونه هاي دامی و شير دام ها در مقايسه با حداكثر ميزان مجاز آرسنيك در مواد غذائي ساير كشورها در سطوح خيلي پائين تري قرار دارند اما ميزان آرسنيك تعيـين مقدار شده درنمونه آب روستاها در تمامي موارد درمقايسه باحداكثر ميزان مجاز آرسنيك در آب آشاميدني در استاندارد ملي(mg/l 01/0) 174 برابر بيشتر است كه در اين زمينه بررسي جامع تر باید انجام گیرد..

Determination of arsenic in agricultural products, bestial products and drinking water rural city of Bijar, Gharve Kurdistan Province

English Abstract

Introduction: Environmental pollution and human food toxic element arsenic is one of the important issues that are endangering public health and healthy living. This study used a variety of agricultural products, with each sample characteristics (type of product, type of irrigated or rainfed land location in each village) were prepared. The sample includes eight kinds of livestock in rural parts of the sheep (liver, lung, spleen, kidney, heart, meat, ham meat orders) is. Measured total arsenic in drinking water, crops, bestial and milk samples is 983. The results showed that the highest concentrations of arsenic in Aliabad village piped water (1.1773 mg/l) is. The greatest amount of arsenic in crops for wheat, barley, peas and lentils, respectively Giklo village and Gondak (0.14 mg/kg), Village Gondak (0.11 mg/kg), Village Giklo (mg / kg 0.013) and Village Ghojagh (0.017 mg/kg), respectively. The highest average concentration of arsenic in the village Ghojagh animal (mg / kg 0.167) and Village Gondak animal milk (0.0129 mg/l) is. The results of arsenic measured in all samples of crops, livestock and milk samples of cattle compared with the maximum permissible level of arsenic in food in other countries are much lower, but the amount of arsenic in water samples was determined villages in all cases than the acceptable level of arsenic in drinking water National Standard (0.01 ma/l) 174 times more likely that a more comprehensive study needs to be done in this area.
