Persian Abstract
آگاهي افراد از بهداشت و ايمني مواد غذايي به عنوان يك اصل مهم در پيشگيري از ابتلاي آنها به بيماري هاي غذايي و حفظ محيط از آلودگيها محسوب مي گردد. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي آگاهي و نگرش سربازان وظيفه پادگان مالك اشتر اراك در زمينه بهداشت و ايمني غذايي ميباشد. اين مطالعه به صورت توصيفي- تحليلي در بين 191 نفر از سربازان وظيفه در سال 1389 انجام گردي د. پرسش نامه طراحي شده مشتمل بر سوالاتي در زمينه اطلاعات فردي، آگاهي و نگرش نسبت به بهداشت و ايمني مواد غذايي مي باشد . نتايج مطالعه نشان داد كه 57 درصد سربازان داراي آگاهي خوب، 18 درصد داراي آگاهي متوسط و 25 درصد آگاهي ضعيف در رابطه با بهداشت و ايمني مواد غذايي بودند. تمامي سربازان نگرش خوبي نسبت به بهداشت و ايمني مواد غذايي داشتند . اما رابطه به عبارتي ميزان آگاهي سربازان داراي تحصيلات .(p< 0/ آماري معنيداري بين ميزان آگاهي و سطح تحصيلات مشاهده شد ( 01 مرتبط با علوم پزشكي بيشتر از افراد رشتههاي غيرپزشكي بود. نتايج نشان داد تفاوت آماري معني داري در بين گروه هاي سني از نظر آگاهي، وجود ندارد. همچنين از آن جايي كه برخي از سربازان آگاهي خوبي در اين زمينه نداشتند، لذا گنجاندن دوره ها ي بهداشت و ايمني غذايي در طي آموزشي نظامي ضروري است.

Survey on attitude and knowledge of food safety and sanitation among soldiers of Arak Malek- Ashtar Garrison
English Abstract
Food safety knowledge is considered as an important precautionary principle for foodborne illnesses as well as protecting environment from contamination. The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge and attitudes of soldiers of food safety and sanitation. A cross-sectional-analytical study was performed on 191 of Arak Malek-Ashtar garrison soldiers and the survey questionnaire contained personal information about food safety knowledge and attitude. According to the results, 57% of the soldiers had a good knowledge, 18% an average and 25% had a low degree of knowledge about food safety and sanitation. Although all soldiers had good attitude towards food safety, a statistically significant correlation (p< 0.01) was observed between the knowledge of soldiers with medical education and the other soldiers. Results did not reveal significant difference between various age categories in terms of knowledge. Since, some of the soldiers had low degree of knowledge, it is essential to include food safety courses during military training. Key Words: Attitude, Knowledge, Soldiers, Food safety and sanitation.
