English Abstract
Patients with hemophilia because of limited lifespan rarely undergo cardiac surgery. Due to improved healthcare and management in these patients, the life expectancy is increasing. Nevertheless, surgical intervention is a new challenge in patients with hemophilia, particularly very old patients.Wedescribe an old patient with hemophilia A, who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.
