بررسی 5 مورد سندرم نورولپتيک بدخيم در مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهيد نواب صفوی

Persian Abstract

يکی از عوامل مهمی که انگيزه گزارش اين مقاله گرديد، رويداد 5 مورد سندرم نورولپتيک بدخيم (NMS) طی مدت 6ماه از تيرماه تا آذرماه سال 1372 درمرکز درمانی شهيد نواب صفوی بود. دراين مقاله پنج بيمار از نظر جنس، سن، علايم، شروع وروند بيماری و نوع داروهای مصرفی مورد برسی قرار گرفته است. اينگزراش نشان می‌دهد که تشخيص به وقع سندرم وقطع داروهای نورولپتيک و درمان کلاسيک، 3 بيمار از 5 مورد را از مرگ حتمی نجات داده است. اين عارضه چندان نادر نيست و پس از گردآوری اطلاعات وتجزيه و تحليل آنها با اطمينان می‌توان گفت که بين مقدار تجويز دارو و رويداد اين سندرم رابطه وجود دارد و تشخيص به موقع و درمان مناسب آن می‌تواند از مرگ بيماران جلوگيری کند.

English Abstract

one of the inportant factor that coused too report this article were accurance of 5 cases of neuroleptic malignant syndrome with in a 6 months in june until december of 1993 in shahid navvab safavi teaching and therapeutic center in this article five patients from point of sex, age, sign, onset and clinical course of illness and type of drug ingestion were investigated. this report is shown that three patients out of five is rescued from definite death. this complication is not so rare and ofter collection and analysis of data , we can certainly declear that there is rellation between amunt of drug prescription and accurence of this syndrome and on time diagnosis and appropriate treatment can prevent from death of patients
