آگاهی دانشجویان دختر درباره خود آزمایی پستان

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: سرطان پستان یکی از بیماریهای شایع و قابل پیشگیری در زنان است . طبق محاسبات، از هر هشت زن یک نفر در زندگی خود مبتلا به سرطان پستان می شود. بهترین روش تشخیص سرطان پستان و غربالگری و از این میان خود آزمایی پستان بهترین روش قابل انجام و در دسترس به شمار می اید. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی دانشجویان دختر درباره خودآزمایی پستان انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، بر روی 140 نفر از دانشجویان دختر مقطع کارشناسی رشته غیر علوم پزشکی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1391 در شهر اردبیل انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه هایی با روایی و پایایی تایید شده بود. جهت آنالیز داده ها از آمار توصیفی، تی تست و نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین سن دانشجویان ± 0/07 21 سال و 84 درصد مجرد یودند. میزان آگاهی 62 درصد دانشجویان نسبت به روش خودآزمایی پستان ضعیف بود. دانشجویان متاهل آگاهی بیشتری نسبت به دانشجویان مجرد داشتند .(0/05>p)منبع اطلاعات اکثر دانشجویان اینترنت و منابع الکترونیکی بودو نیاز به آموزش کاملا مشهود بود. نتیجه گیری: آگاهی در مورد خودآزمایی پستان در بین دانشجویان رشته های غیر علوم پزشکی ضعیف بود و به احتمال زیاد در بین جمعیت عمومی زنان از این هم کمتر است. با توجه به عدم مراجعه دختران به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی تا قبل از ازدواج و بارداری، دریافت آموزش های لازم در این زمینه و همچنین بالا رفتن سن ازدواج و بارداریدر بین زنان، تدوین برنامه های مناسب در مورد خودازمایی پستان حتی در محیط های آموزش عالی و گنجاندن آن در دروس عمومی دانشجویان دختر پیشنهاد می شود.

Female students" knowledge about BSE

English Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common and preventable diseases in women. According to the calculations, one out of every eight women will expose to breast cancer in their lifetime. The best method for early detection of breast cancer is screening and breast selfexamination is considered feasible and available among them. Thus this study was carried out to survey female student’s knowledge about BSE. Methods: This cross - sectional study with random sampling, was carried out on 140 students on non-medical undergraduate studies at Ardabil University in 1391. Data collected with valid and reliable questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test and SPSS software were used. Results: The average age of students was 21 ± 0.07 years, 84% of them were single and 62 percent had weak awareness about to the BSE. The awareness of married students were height compare to singles (p<0.05). The information sources of students were internet and electronic sources requirement to education was completely clear. Conclusion: Awareness about breast self-examination among non medical students was poor and more likely is lower among the general population of women. Because the lack of refer to health centers until marriage and pregnancy and receive necessary training and increase of marriage age of women, Codification of proper programming about breast self-examination even in higher education environment and inclusion students in general education courses are suggested.
