English Abstract

This paper describes the different getting learning understanding of systemic Organization knowledge conversation of a Pre-Macro-ergonomics intervention process for ‘Awakened need of change’, based on implementing PDSA Cycles of learning and its ‘Meta-reflection’ as an interactive research work.
