بررسی محرومیت های اجتماعی ناشی ازاسکیزوفرنی در خانواده های بیماران بستری در بیمارستان دکتر فاطمی اردبیل

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: بیماری اسکیزوفرنی یکی از اختلالات شایع روان در جامعه است که به عنوان عدم توانایی درک و بیان واقعیت تعریف شده است. که در گذشته از آن به عنوان جنون جوانی و جن زدگی یاد می شدکه این تعاریف حاکی از عدم شناخت لازم و کافی جامعه از اسکیزوفرنی است.از این رو با انجام یک مطالعه کیفی، محرومیت های اجتماعی ناشی از برچسب ابتلاء به این بیماری را در خانواده های بیماران اسکیزوفرنی مورد بررسی قرار دادیم تا بتوانیم با ارائه آن به سازمان های مربوط گامی در جهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی این خانواده ها و کاهش نابرابری های اجتماعی ناشی از بیماری برداریم. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا بود، جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه عمیق یا بدون ساختار استفاده شد، از 20 نفر از اعضای خانواده بیماران اسکیزوفرنی مصاحبه به عمل آمد، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها توسط تحلیل محتوای کیفی مرسوم مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و با کدگذاری مفهومی ، درون مایه اصلی مصاحبه ها در قالب کدهای سطح 3 دسته بندی شد. نتایج:در این مطالعه براساس استنباط پژوهشگر از صحبت های خانواده، 15زیر مفهوم در زمینه محرومیت های اجتماعی خانواده های بیماران اسکیزوفرنی بدست آمد که با هم تلفیق شد و به صورت 7طبقه اصلی تبعیض و تمسخر، شرم ، نیاز به حمایت، انزوا طلبی، نداشتن آگاهی، فشار عصبی و افت کیفیت زندگی دسته بندی شد . نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه ها ، خانواده های بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی مزمن بستری در بیمارستان فاطمی اردبیل، از تبعیض و تمسخر، نیاز به حمایت، شرم ، نیاز به حمایت، انزوا طلبی، نداشتن آگاهی، فشار عصبی و افت کیفیت زندگی رنج می برند.

Materials and Methods: The study is qualitative content analysis, in-depth interviews to collect information from or were unstructured Of 20 people were interviewed family members of schizophrenia patients, data from the interviews were analyzed using qualitative content analysis And conceptual coding, the main themes of the interviews were classified as Level 3 codes. Results: In this study, the researcher concluded by speaking of families, 15 person of families schizophrenic patients under the concept of social exclusion Were merged together into 7 main categories of discrimination and ridicule, shame, need support, withdrawn, lack of awareness, life stress and hell were classified.
