محرومیت های اجتماعی و احساس گناه و شرم ابتلا به صرع گراندمال در بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان علوی اردبیل در سال 1392-1393

Persian Abstract

صرع یک بیماری عصبی مزمن بوده و شامل گروهی از اختلالات است که با تشنج های مکرر مشخص می شود و پیامدهای نوروبیولوژیک، شناختی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی بسیاری برای مبتلایان به همراه دارد.از این رو با انجام یک مطالعه کیفی، محرومیت های اجتماعی ناشی از برچسب ابتلاء به این بیماری را در بیماران مبتلا به صرع را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم تا بتوانیم با ارائه آن به سازمان های مربوط گامی در جهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی این بیماران و کاهش نابرابری های اجتماعی ناشی از بیماری برداریم. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا می باشد، جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه عمیق یا بدون ساختار استفاده شد، از 22 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به صرع مصاحبه به عمل آمد، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها توسط تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و با کدگذاری مفهومی ، درون مایه اصلی مصاحبه ها در قالب کدهای سطح 3 دسته بندی شد. نتایج:در این مطالعه براساس استنباط پژوهشگر از صحبت های بیماران ،زیر مفهوم در زمینه محرومیت های اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به صرع 62 طبقه بدست آمد که با هم تلفیق شد ودر پایان فرآیند تحلیل 8 طبقه اصلی : حمایت و نیاز به آن، مکانیسم های دفاعی، اعتقادات خرافی، احساسات منفی، واکنش های منفی دیگران، محرومیت های تحمیلی، استیگما و معنویت استخراج شد. نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه ها و استنتاج پژوهشگر، بیماران مبتلا به صرع بستری در بیمارستان علوی اردبیل، از تبعیض و تمسخر،اعتقادات خرافی، واکنش های منفی اطرافیان، برچسب هایی که می خورند و محرومیت های اجتماعی،انزواطلبی و احساس شرم و گناه و نداشتن آگاهی رنج می برند و به حمایت نیاز دارند.

Social deprivation and sense of guilt and shame in patients with grandmal seizure referring to Alavai hospital

English Abstract

Introduction: Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disease and includes a group of disorders that is characterized by frequent seizures resulting in cognitive, neurobiological, psychological and social complications in patients. So performing a qualitative study, to investigated social deprivation resulting from having the label of the disease in patients with epilepsy in order to provide it to the relevant organizations to improve the quality of life and reduce social inequalities resulting from the disease, seems imperative and helpful. Materials and methods: The present study is a study in qualitative content analysis method. Information was collected through the ´´ in-depth non structural interview method´´. A total of 22 patients with epilepsy were interviewed, data from interviews analyzed by case qualitative content analysis and with the conceptual coding, main purports of interviews was categorize within 3 level codes. Results: In this study according to researcher’s conception of the interviews, sub contents related to social deprivation in epileptic patients were categorized in 62 levels which finally modulated in the 8 main levels resulting: support and need to have it, defense mechanisms, superstitious beliefs, negative feelings, negative reactions of others, education deprivation, stigma and spirituality. Conclusion: According to the findings from the interviews and the conclusion of researcher, patients with epilepsy hospitalized in the Alavi Hospital of Ardabil, suffered from discrimination and ridicule, superstitious beliefs, negative reactions of others, labels and social deprivation, isolationism , sense of shame and guilt and lack of awareness and they need support about them.
