بررسی عوامل موثر بر عدم استفاده از مکمل های خوراکی آهن در شیر خواران 24-6 ماهه شهر اردبیل بر اساس مدل آموزشی پرسید

Persian Abstract

مقدمه : کم خونی فقر آهن در کودکان از مشکلات مهم بهداشتی در کشور های در حال توسعه است و با مشکلات تکاملی و شناختی همراه است.مکمل آهن روزانه برای کاهش فقر آهن پیشنهاد می گردد ولی از پذیرش خوبی برخوردار نیست.مادران به عنوان محور خانواده مسئو لیت انتخاب نوع و سایر رفتارهای بهداشتی در مورد تغذیه کودکان را به عهده دارند و از طریق اصلاح رفتار آنان سلامت نسل حال وآینده تضمین میگردد. در این مطالعه الگوی آموزشی پرسید جهت تعیین آگاهی ،نگرش و عملکرد مادران در زمینه استفاده از مکمل های آهن به کار گرفته شده است. روش کار : در این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی 100 فرم جمع آوری اطلاعات و پرسشنامه بر اساس اجزای مدل پرسید مربوط به آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد سنجی طی مصاحبه حضوری از مادران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه تخصصی بیمارستان بوعلی شهر اردبیل که شیرخوار 24-6 داشتند (قطره ی آهن را یا نامنظم می دادند یا اصلا استفاده نمی کردند) تکمیل گردید.نمونه گیری به روش غیر تصادفی بوده است.داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS19 وآزمون آماری Chi-Square در سطح معنی دار a=0/05مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: 62% مادران قطره را به صورت نامنظم استفاده می کردندو 38% اصلا قطره نمی دادند. سه اولویت شایع مادران به عنوان علت مصرف نامنظم یا عدم مصرف به ترتیب عوارض گوارشی(51%)،تیره شدن رنگ دندانها(46%)ونداشتن فرصت کافی بود(3%).بین آگاهی ، نگرش و سطح تحصیلات مادران ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد.تنها 46% مادران از آگاهی خوب و11% آنها از نوع نگرش خوب برخوردار بودند با وجود اینکه 100% آنها توسط کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی آموزش دیده بودند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه طعم نا خوشایند قطره آهن وعوارض آن ، همچنین ناکافی بودن آگاهی و نگرش مادران در خصوص مصرف مکمل آهن از علل مهم عدم مصرف یا مصرف نامنظم آن می باشد.

Determination of factors affecting supplementary ferrous sulfate giving to infants 6-24 month by mothers with PRECEDE planning model in Ardabil city

English Abstract

Abstract: Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is still a major nutritional and public health problem among young children in developing countries.Anemia during child hood is known to be linked with impaired and cognitive development and learning capacity.Daily oral supplementation with medicinal iron is considered an effective strategy for reducing of IDA but non- compliance is a major problem with this strategy.Mothers should especially be educated to improve better diet health behaviors for their children. The present study was carried out to survey 100 mothers’ knowledge,attitude and practice towards using of supplementary ferrous sulfate by using precede model. Materials and Methods: A cross sectional study data collection and KAP study of 100 mothers who had infant 6-24 month old was performed in chil dren clinic of Buali Hospital in A rdebil in 92-93.Data Analyzed with SPSS 19 and Chi-Square and P<0.05 was meaningful. Findings: 38% 0f infants didn’t take iron drops, and irregular consumption was 62%.The most common cause for the interruption was gastrointestinal (GI) complications (vomiting)(51%). The knowledge of 46% 0f mothers was good and The attitude of 11% of mothers was perfect.There was a significant correlation between mother’s knowledge and attitude and their level of education . Conclusion: According data from this study unfavorable taste and complication as well as insufficient mothers knowledge,attitude and performance were important causes of irregular use of ferrous sulfate drops.And the study indicate that Precede model (Predisposing ,Enabling and Reinforcing factors) could be used to prevent irregular use of supplementary ferrous sulfate.
