بررسي ميزان موفقيت احياء قلبی ريوی در شرايط پيش بيمارستانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن

سابقه و هدف: احیای قلبی ریوی مجموعه اقداماتي است كه به منظور بازگرداندن حيات پس از مرگ باليني انجام مي شود كه در اقدامات پيش بيمارستاني روز به روز در حال گسترش مي باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان موفقیت عملیات احیاء قلبی ریوی کارکنان فوریت پزشکی شهر اردبیل و بعضی عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد مواد و روشها: این مطالعه ازنوع توصیفی مقطعی می باشد.در طی این مطالعه 272 پرونده که مربوط به احیاء قلبی ریوی در طي دو سال بود مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار گرداوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای دو قسمتی بود که بخش اول شامل اطلاعات فردی واجتماعی وبخش دوم بخش دوم سوالاتی در مورد زمان رسیدن به محل حادثه،موفقیت احیا قلبی ریوی و محل انجام عملیات احیاء بود.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 16 و روش های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی کای اسکوئر استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های آماری نشان داد که میانگین سنی نمونه های مورد پژوهش 74/19± 79/60 سال بود.اکثرت واحدهای مورد پژوهش 180 نفر(2/66 درصد) مرد بودند. در 57 درصد موارد زمان رسیدن تیم فوریت به محل حادثه بین 4 تا 8 دقیقه بوده است. میزان موفقیت عملیات احیاء قلبی ريوي در 148مورد(4/54 درصد) ناموفق بوده است . نتايج نشان داد كه بين عمليات احيا قلبي ريوي با سن، جنس و زمان رسيدن تيم فوريت به محل رابطه آماري معني داري وجود نداشت ولي بين شكايت اصلي بيمار و احيا قلبي ريوي رابطه آماري معني داري وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: در کل مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که میزان موفقیت عملیات احیاء قلبی ریوی در محیط پیش بیمارستانی در سطح پایین می باشد که نیاز به بررسی بیشتر درمورد عوامل مرتبط دارد.

Assess the success rate of pre-Hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation and related factors.

English Abstract

Backgrounds and Objectives: Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is performed to restore life after clinical death that is expanding in prehospital care. Therefore this study was conducted to assess the success rate of pre-Hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation and related factors in Emergency Centers of Ardebil. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional descreptive study. during the study, studied 272 cases related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation during the two years. The tool of data gathering was two-part questionnaire that first part included demographic information and second part included questions about the arrival time of the incident, the success of CPR and place of CPR.The data were analyzed using SPSS ver 16 and descriptive and analytical (chi-square) methods . Results: Statistical findings showed that the mean age of the study sample was 60/79 ± 19/74 years. the majority of participants 180 person(66/2%) were male. in 57% of cases the arrival time of emergency team to place has been between 4 to 8 minutes. cardiopulmonary resuscitation in 148 patients (54/4 %) has failed. the results indicated that there was no statistically significant relationship between cardiopulmonary resuscitation success with age, sex and time of arrival of the emergency team to place but there was statistically significant relationship between cardiopulmonary resuscitation success with basic disease. Conclusion: the present study showed that the success rate in the pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation is low, that is need to further study about related factors.
