ميزان انطباق رئوس مطالب تدريس شده با سرفصلهاي مصوب وزارتی در دانشکده پزشکی، پیراپزشکی و بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اردبيل 1384

Persian Abstract

زمينه و هدف: فرآيند آموزش علوم پزشکي بخش مهمي از آموزش عالي است که با حيات انسانها سر و کار دارد. ارزشيابي يک راهبرد اساسي اين فرآيند است و بخشي از اين ارزشيابي به ارزشيابي رئوس مطالب و سرفصلهاي ارائه شده توسط مدرسان مربوط مي شود. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين تعداد جلسات برگزار شده و ميزان انطباق رئوس مطالب تدريس شده مدرسان دروس نظري با سرفصلهاي وزارتي انجام گردید. روش کار: اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي بود. جامعه مورد پژوهش، 81 نفر مدرس دروس تئوري دانشکده پزشکي، پيراپزشکي و بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکي اردبيل بود. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. رئوس مطالب سرفصلهاي کليه دروس نظري ارائه شده در نيمسال دوم سالتحصيلي دانشکده مذکور مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. داده ها وارد نرم افزارSPSS گرديده و مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد که برگزاری جلسات آموزشی کمتر از موارد مصوب بود طوری که ميانگين جلسات دروس يک واحدي، 7/2 جلسه و دروس دو واحدي، 13/9 جلسه بود. میانگین مطابقت سرفصلهای ارائه شده توسط مدرسان با سرفصلهای مصوب %62/8 بود و 37/2% سرفصلها با سرفصل مصوب مطابقت ندارد. آزمون ضریب همبستگي پیرسون و آزمون کای دو نشان داد که بين متغيرهايي مانند وضعيت استخدامي، داشتن طرح درس و مسئوليت اجرايي و مديريتي با ميزان تطبيق رئوس مطالب ارائه شده مدرسان با سرفصلهاي مصوب، همبستگي آماري منفی وجود دارد(P=0/001). نتيجه گيري: طبق نتايج اين مطالعه وضعيت فعلي جلسات تشکيل کلاسها و ميزان رعايت سرفصلهای مصوب رضايت بخش نيست و اين روند ممکن است بر تحقق اهداف دانشگاه در آموزش تاثير منفي بگذارد. براي افزايش عملکرد مدرسان در زمينه برگزاري جلسات دروس و رعايت رئوس مطالب سرفصلهاي مصوب، نظارت دقیق، به روز کردن سرفصلها، برانگيختن دانشجويان و مدرسان براي حضور فعال در کلاسها، رعایت آئین نامه آموزشی و برگزاری کارگاهها برای ارتقاء علمی مدرسان پیشنهاد میشود.

A comparative study on the rate of concordance in the materials taught in the class with ministry s syllabuses

English Abstract

Background & Objective:The Education process of Medical Sciences is an important part of higher education which deals with the human life. Evaluation is an essential strategy in this process and part of this evaluation is on the evalution of course outlines and syllabus which are offered by the teachers. Thus the purpose of this study was to determine the number of sessions held for the courses and the extent of the materials concordance with the syllabuses of the Ministry of Health. Methods: This was a comparative – descriptive study on 82 teachers teaching theoretical lessons in the Faculties of Medicine, paramedicine , health at Ardebil University of Medical Sciences. The major materials taught in the second semester of 2003-2004 were investigated. Finally, The data was analyzed through SPSS. Results: findings of this study showed that the average number of sessions in a single-credit course was 7/2 sessions and in a double-credit course it was 13/9 and the average of ministry's syllabuses consideration was %62/8. The results indicated that there was significant correlation between the employment condition, having a lesson plan, administration, managing responsibilities and the rate of concordance the materials taught with the ministry's syllabuses(p<0/05). Conclusion: According to the results of the study, the present number of sessions and the rate of syllabus observance are not satifying and this process will have a negative effect on the university's objectives. It is recommended to hold workshops to increase teachers's performance in the number of sessions, observe the ministry's syllabuses, make the syllabuses up- to- date and provoke teachers and students to attend classes.
