بررسی میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان استان اردبیل در ارتباط با ملاحظات دندانپزشکی بیماران باردار

مقدمه: بهداشت دهان زنان باردار مي تواند بر روي سلامت مادر و كودك مؤثر باشد. درمان هاي دندانپزشكي در اين دوران بايد به گونه اي انجام شود كه اثر سويي بر سلامت مادر و جنين نداشته باشد. هدف اين پژوهش، ارزیابی آگاهی دندانپزشکان استان اردبیل در زمینه ملاحظات و تدابیر دندانپزشکی بیماران باردار بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه‌ی توصیفی مقطعی حاضر، پرسشنامه‌ای بین 146 نفر از دندانپزشکان شاغل در کلینیک‌ها و مطب‌های دندانپزشکی استان اردبیل از نظر آگاهی در رابطه با ملاحظات دندانپزشکی بیماران باردار توزیع شد. از این بین، 110 مورد، پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل کرده و وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌های بدست آمده تحت آنالیز آماری با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی و شاخص های آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج: بررسی نتایج حاصل نشان از آگاهی صحیح اکثریت دندانپزشکان مورد مطالعه از بیشتر ملاحظات دندانپزشکی مورد سؤال، داشت. البته در این مطالعه مشخص شد که اکثر دندانپزشکان مورد مطالعه از مواردی چون مهم ترین پیشگیری در زنان باردار، ممنوعیت تجویز آسپیرین در سه ماهه‌ی سوم حاملگی و زمان بروز تومور حاملگی به تفکیک دوره‌ی حاملگی اطلاع درستی نداشتند. همچنین اختلاف بین آگاهی دندانپزشکان از ملاحظات بارداری در مقایسه‌ی گروه‌های سنی زیر و بالای 40 سال (p=0/12) ، سابقه‌ی کار زیر و بالای 10 سال (p=0/36) یافت نشد. مقایسه‌ی دو گروه جنسی زن و مرد نیز حاکی از عدم اختلاف معنی دار در آگاهی دندانپزشکان تحت بررسی بود (p=0/26). نتیجه‌گیری: از مطالعه‌ی حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آگاهی دندانپزشکان استان اردبیل نسبت به اکثر ملاحظات دندانپزشکی دوران بارداری در حد نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد و اختلاف معنی داری بین آگاهی آنان در تفکیک جنسی، سنی و سابقه‌ی حرفه‌ای، یافت نشد.

Evaluation of dentists’ awareness about dental management of pregnant patients in Ardabil province

English Abstract

Introduction: Oral health in pregnant women might influence the health of the mother and infant. Dental procedures during this period should be carried out in a way that will not have any detrimental effects on the mother and fetus. The aim of this study was to evaluate of dentists’ awareness about dental management of pregnant patients in Ardabil province. Methods: In this cross-sectional study 146 dentists who work in clinics and dental offices in Ardabil province were selected for dentistry acknowledge ments in pregnant patients, of whom 110 were included to the study and filled in the questionnaires. The data were gathered and analyzed by using qualifying and analyzing statistics. Results: The results showed that the majority of dentists had enough information about most of dental issues. In some cases such as most important prevention, Prohibition of Aspirin prescribing, The time of pregnancy tumors occurrence & … dentists had not adequate information. There was no difference between knowledge of pregnancy considerations in comparing the age groups (P=0/12), the work history (P=0/36) and gender of the dentists (P=0/26). Conclusion: From this study we can conclude that the knowledge of the dentists of Ardabil province is at a relatively good level. In some cases, the knowledge of dentists must be enhanced.
