بررسی تاثیرات اسیدهای چرب امگا 3 بر غلظت لیپیدهای سرم در بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز مزمن

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت عوارض ناشی از همودیالیز مزمن در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی کلیوی که عارضه قلبی¬_ عروقی، یکی از مهمترین این عوارض است، این مطالعه جهت بررسی اثرات مکمل اسید چرب امگا بر روی سطح سرمی پروفایل لیپیدی و شاخص التهابی سیستمیک در این بیماران انجام شده است. مواد و روش¬ها: بیماران مورد مطالعه، شامل دو گروه مورد (بیمارانی که داروی امگا MAX مصرف کردند) و شاهد (بیمارانی که پلاسبو امگا MAX مصرف کردند) بودند که از میان بیماران مراجعه کننده به واحد همودیالیز بیمارستان بوعلی انتخاب شده¬اند که به مدت 3 ماه به گروه مورد روزانه 1 عدد کپسول امگا و به گروه شاهد روزانه 1 عدد کپسول پلاسبو داده شد و در نهایت نتایج آزمایش¬های مربوط به پروفایل لیپیدی ( شامل TG و LDL و HDL ) و شاخص التهابی سیستمیک (CRP) قبل و بعد از تجویز دارو باهم مقایسه شده است. نتیجه¬گیری: در این مطالعه در گروه مورد مداخله با امگا MAX علیرغم کاهش TG و افزایش HDL بعد از 3 ماه این تغییرات معنی¬دار نبود (P_Value>0.05) و در گروه دارونما تنها افزایش HDL معنی¬دار بود (P-Value=0.02) و علیرغم کاهش TG بعد از 3 ماه از مصرف دارونما این تغییرات معنی¬دار نبود (P_Value<0.05). نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که امگا MAX تغییرات معنی¬داری (P_Value<0.05) در پروفایل لیپیدی بیماران دیالیزی ایجاد نکرد.

Evaluation of the effect of omega-3 supplimentation on serum lipid in patients with chronic hemodialysis

English Abstract

Introduction: Considering the important of effects resulting from chronic hemodialysis in patients having renal insufficiency of which cardio-vascular effect is the most important, this study has been done to examine the complementary effects of omega lipid on lipid profile serum and systemic inflammation index in these patients. Materials and methods: Patients in this study include two groups (interval and control). They have been chosen from among the patient called on hemodialysis unit of BUALI hospital. The interval group received one omega capsule daily and thecontrol group received a placebo capsule one a day for three months. At the end, the results of lipidic profile tests (including TG, LDL and HDL) and systemic inflammation index (CRP) compared before and after receiving the medicine. Results: In this study in interval group having omega max despite decrease in TG and increase in HDL after three months there were no meaningful changes. In group receiving placebo only increase of HDL was meaningful and despite decrease in TG after receiving placebo these changes were meaningless. The results of this study showed that omega MAX had no meaningful changes in lipidic profile of patients who were being hemodialysed.
