Persian Abstract
پیش زمینه و هدف: توجه به روش هاي توليد، انتقال و به کارگيري دانش حياتي است. توليد دانش حاصل از پژوهش در پرستاري در حال افزايش مي باشد ولي استفاده از آن در عمل روند کندي را مي پيمايد. ازاين رو پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي عوامل اثرگذار بر فعاليت هاي فردي جهت انتقال تحقيق از ديدگاه اعضاي هيئت علمي و آموزشي پرستاري دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشکي در ايران انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه توصيفي همبستگي به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي با شرکت ۲۷۹ نفر از اعضاي هيئت علمي پرستاري دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشکي کشورانجام پذيرفت. SPSS جهت گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه نات و ويلداوسکي ۱۹۸۰ و لاندري و همکاران ۲۰۰۱ و ۲۰۰۳ استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از SPSS تجزيه وتحليل شد. یافته ها: نتايج مطالعه نشان داد در سطح فردي، بيشترين فعاليت مربوط به سخنراني در همايش ها و ارسال نتايج تحقيقات به ذي نفعان و کمترين آن "شرکت در فعاليت هاي تجاري" مي باشد. عواملي از قبيل "پژوهش مبتني بر نياز مصرف کنندگان" و " سابقه خدمت به عنوان مدرس پرستاري" ارتباط آماري معني داري با فعاليت هاي انتقال تحقيق در سطح فردي نشان دادند 05/0>P بحث و نتیجه گیري: نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاکي از آن است که فعاليت هاي فردي براي انتقال تحقيق با برخي عوامل ارتباط آماري معني دار دارد. لذا بايستي علاوه بر اتخاذ تدابير لازم جهت ترويج و تشويق فعاليت هاي فردي انتقال تحقيق به عوامل اثرگذار و تعيين کننده قابل مداخله توجه گردد.

THE INDIVIDUAL FACTORS INFLUENCING KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES IN NURSING RESEARCH
English Abstract
Background & Aim: Transferring and applying the knowledge is a critical and complex method. Production of research-based knowledge in nursing is increasing but the trend of its practical usage is slow. This study tries to determine the factors affecting the individual research transfer among educators and faculty members in medical science universities, Iran. Materials & Methods: This descriptive correlation study was conducted using a clustered sampling of 279 nurses working in Medical Sciences Universities, Iran. The data were gathered using tools developed by Knott & Wildavsky (1980), and Landry et al (2003), and they were analyzed using SPSS, v13. Results: The results showed that at the individual level, the highest activity was presenting and participating at the conference, the lowest participation was in "commercial activities". Factors as "the research based on consumer needs" and "the years served as nursing instructor" had statistically significant relationship with personal research transfer performance (P< 0/05). Conclusion: Findings indicate that the instructor’s individual performance in research transfer was statistically significant correlation with some factors. So it is necessary to promote and encourage the performances but also considering determinants and intervening factors.
