بررسی تاثیر آگاه سازی و اطمینان بخشی بیماران کاندید درمان ایمپلنت های دندانی در کاهش میزان اضطراب آنها

Persian Abstract

مقدمه: کنترل اضطراب بیمار هنگام کار دندان‌پزشکی باعث بهبود شرایط عمل و کاهش مشکلات طبی حین عمل در بیماران می‌شود. اطمینان بخشی و آگاه‌سازی، یک روش خوب برای کنترل اضطراب بیمار حین جراحی دندان‌پزشکی به‌ویژه کاشت ایمپلنت می‌باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر آگاه‌سازی و اطمینان بخشی بیماران کاندید درمان ایمپلنت‌های دندانی در کاهش میزان اضطراب آن‌ها می‌باشد. مواد و روش کار: در این مطالعه کار آزمایی بالینی 40 بیمار کاندید ایمپلنت با میانگین سنی 10± 5/37 به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه 20 تایی تقسیم شدند. در گروه مورد، آگاه‌سازی و اطمینان بخشی آن‌ها از طریق مصاحبه صورت گرفت. میزان اضطراب بیماران قبل و بعد از عمل با استفاده از فرم استاندارد اضطراب اشپیلبرگر تعیین گردید. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده به‌وسیله‌ی روش‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون T مستقل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS/22 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: میانگین اضطراب گروه کنترل 34/9± 87/55 و گروه مورد 46/10±31/54 برآورد شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که آگاه‌سازی و اطمینان بخشی بیماران کاندید درمان ایمپلنت بر میزان اضطراب بیماران تأثیر دارد (P≤0.05)؛ و تفاوت معناداری در میزان اضطراب دندانپزشکی آقایان و خانم‌ها وجود دارد (P≤0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: اطمینان بخشی و آگاه‌سازی بیماران کاندید درمان ایمپلنت در کاهش اضطراب آنان مؤثر است و خانم ها اضطراب بیشتری نسبت به آقایان تجربه می کنند.

The Effect of Awareness and Reassuring of Patients who Undergoing Implant Treatment in Reducing their Anxiety.

English Abstract

Introduction: control and reduce patient anxiety during dental work to improve operating conditions in the patient's medical problems during surgery. Assurance and awareness during dental surgery is a good way to control of patients anxiety (particularly implant). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of awareness and reassuring patients undergoing dental implants treatment in reducing their anxiety. Materials and Methods: In clinical trial study, 40 patients with a mean age of 37.5 ± 10 were randomly divided into two groups of 20 each. In the study group, awareness and reassure them through the interview took place. The anxiety of patients before and after surgery using the standard form of anxiety Spielberg was determined. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and independent T-test, Ancova using the statistical software SPSS / 22. Results: The mean of anxiety in control Groups 55.87 ± 9.34 and experimental groups 54.31 ± 10.46 was obtained. Results also showed that awareness and reassure patients undergoing implant treatment has an effect on anxiety of patients (P≤0.05); and there are significant differences between men and women in the dental anxiety (P≤0.05). Conclusion: reassuring and awareness patients undergoing implant treatment is effective in reducing anxiety and women have more anxiety than men experience.
